Like everything I've bought from Back Market in the past few years (2 phones and this laptop), it works perfectly and looks great. Their stuff is refurbished, but nothing feels "used." Plus saving both money and the environment makes me very happy.

still have this computer no issues. runs cyberpunk without sacrificing of frames and speed, emulating games well, and hadn't had any dips on any new games. recommend getting more memory for the laptop.

The monitor came in great condition and after only 4 days. No visible wear. It's a great monitor for gaming and I got it for a fair price. I had actually bought it without realizing it was curved, so that was a nice surprise.

everything still works to this day as I am typing from this laptop. The only issues are that the plastic in the corner of where it hides the hinge for the screen is loose but still intact and that when I use my laptop in a new wifi and return to the old wifi i have to restart the laptop so it can connect the wifi

If you want specs and details this isn't the review for you, but for your average gal who bought this as a second monitor for work it's great. I love the adjustable screen tilt and brightness and honestly the size for the price is unbeatable. My only con is that the screen arrived with a pretty large scratch on it.

When I purchased the computer, I was under the impression that the Microsoft package was included in the price. However, I find that I am offered a free trial for so many days and then I have to decide how I would like to pay for the Microsoft package. If this was a mistake, please let me know. Otherwise, I am communicating that I am not happy with that issue.

Its still up and running. This was a great purchase for my daughter who studies at home from time to time.

This has been such a great purchase. It worked right straight out of the box and by the way, the box was shipped right and safe. All necessary cords were included. First rate job.

Both type-C ports stopped working with video after 11 months. A 2nd monitor connected to a type-C/thunderbolt port showed "no signal" error on screen. Port provided power, but not video signal. I returner laptop to seller for repair. They returned it to me with a video of them testing it (showing it working). However, the C ports still did not work for me, even with 4 different new thunderbolt 3 cables. Seller said no to my second request for repair.

Absolutely love Backmarket! I have purchased several electronics from them and recommended them to everyone.
