    I purchased this laptop for my daughter who is in college at first I was a bit sceptical about buying a refurbished laptop and as well as an ACER. I have always had DELL laptops but the delivery was fast and overall my daughter is extremely happy with Laptop as she can do her all her homework as well as play games. I did get the extended 2 year warranty on Laptop which was a good investment. Overall she is extremely pleased with the speed and ability to load her games.

    The computer is great. It was delivered to my is within 2 days, much sooner than expected. The Acer A317-53-31K7 17.3-inch (2020) work flawlessly. There were a few updates, and I was off and running fast and smooth. The only thing missing from the computer was the webcam privacy slide. Other than that small thing, I have zero complaints about the Acer A317-53-31K7 17.3-inch (2020) or the service of Back Market. TOP NOTCH!!!

    everything still works to this day as I am typing from this laptop. The only issues are that the plastic in the corner of where it hides the hinge for the screen is loose but still intact and that when I use my laptop in a new wifi and return to the old wifi i have to restart the laptop so it can connect the wifi

    Both type-C ports stopped working with video after 11 months. A 2nd monitor connected to a type-C/thunderbolt port showed "no signal" error on screen. Port provided power, but not video signal. I returner laptop to seller for repair. They returned it to me with a video of them testing it (showing it working). However, the C ports still did not work for me, even with 4 different new thunderbolt 3 cables. Seller said no to my second request for repair.
