I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

The order of my MacBook Pro was easy and it operates just as it should. I am very happy with my new computer, except that the battery capacity is only 86%. It holds a charge all day long, but I am afraid that I will be needing a new battery in a year or so. I guess that is the trade-off when you purchase a refurbished computer.

My new iPhone 14 Pro Max is working perfectly. I am completely satisfied with it. I would like some information on whether my iPhone 14 still has some water resistance. I understand that once a phone is opened for repair or reconditioning, we can no longer assume that it has the same water resistance it had when it was new. But is it likely to have retained at least some of its original resistance? In any case, I plan to keep this phone far away from any bodies of water. Figuring out how to provide the information BackMarket requires for me to be paid for the iPhone I am replacing was difficult, but I believe I finally figured that out. I am waiting to be paid now.

The MacBook was in great shape and is working well. It does have a dent on the top cover and a small screen scratch, which is expected with a refurbished product, but it would be better to show those specific flaws in a product description while buying.

This was a very fast delivery I ordered Sunday and Tuesday was here WOW that’s a very fast delivery I like that.the iPad I ordered was great just like new I got it set up and now my only problem is I have to remember my passwords as time goes by I’m sure I will? But the iPad is a very nice one I’m so glad I ordered from Back Market if I need anything else I’ll be sure to order from them again thank you for the great service I really appreciate the great app made me a believer in refurbished items

I was initially leery of spending so much on a used item, but looking at the reviews helped me decide to take a chance. I'm super satisfied with my refurbished 2021 MBP M1 Max. It looks brand new to me. I couldn't find a scratch on it and it performs incredibly.

A FEW tiny, barely noticeable scratches on the outer surface. But the screen was in perfect condition and it runs extremely well! They even offered to help me set it up! So pleased with this refurbisher and Back Market!

This older model Apple MacBook Pro 2012 has worked with me through nursing school, so I would say it’s great. Some time it takes 10-15 minutes to come on when you don’t shit it down in a couple of days and it dies. It didn’t have a great camera so i really didn’t use it. If my phone would ring , it would also ring on my computer but would not stop until 7-10 mins later. So it has its pros and cons. I can’t complain I still have it and it’s still working so 7/10 for me.

Very happy with my MacBook Pro. Exactly as described. Looks like new! Had a mid-2012 MacBook Pro that i bought used from a private party so no warranty but i got 8 years of good use out of it. Definitely needed to replace right away and had so many choices within my budget from Backmarket. Even arrived sooner than expected. Next up a replacement for my husband’s MacMini.
