I purchased a locked (T-Mobile) iPhone 12 that was listed as "good condition". I received it in 3 days, and when I opened the package, I found a phone in pristine condition! Not a single scratch, either on the front or the back. The battery must have been changed because the max. capacity of the battery is 100%. The switch from the old phone to this one was a breeze (works with the SIM card). I saved $150 compared to purchasing a refurbished phone from Apple. So far, I am super happy with this purchase.

I purchase a refurbished iphone from Back Market, the process was easy and everything went smooth. I received my iphone on the date as exspected on time. I am really happy with my new iphone works great.

I have had to spend HOURS on this phone which in the end turned out to be a phone that has not been paid for with AT&T so the SIM card locked to AT&T can’t be unlocked for me to use the carrier I am with (StraightTalk). I’m not sure how something like this gets by this company that seems so professional but it’s not a pleasant experience to purchase something that costs this amount of money to then have to send it back and go thru the whole process of buying another one with fingers crossed it’s not a phone still under contract or stolen or who knows what. It’s a huge waste of my time. Back Market DO BETTER. I’ve gotten 2 other phones from you & had no problems. You’ve ruined the great experience for me.

I’ve bought iPhone form from back market 5 times before and always loved how new they look. Lots of people would never now from just looking at the phone and my battery life is at 100% and I have a 14 month warranty for 90$ and will fix most damages.

phone is really good, there is a scratch in the middle and the far left side doesnt work .It doesnt let me type any word that includes the letters a,z,q or press the back button on messages, instagram ect.

Ordered my literal dream phone (Google Pixel 6A-Unlocked), loved the idea of recycling a perfectly good phone and getting something nice for a good price. Phone came in and it was physically perfect. However, when it came time to pop my SIM card in, turn out the phone was LOCKED to Verizon! I ordered an unlocked phone to save myself the HUGE hassel I just went through. Called Verizon, they said they would unlock it in 42-78 hours so I waited but they didn't unlock it. Brought it to a phone repair shop, they couldn't unlock it. And the time it took for me to exhaust all my options was ridiculous! I have two very young kids with me at home all day, every day, and our family only has one car. To be without a phone for that long was so unsafe, which again, is why I ordered the unlocked phone. So I had a literally useless phone, and no options. Finally had to break down and BUY a service plan from Verizon which cost me ANOTHER $70! Just tarnished the happiness I felt about getting my dream phone, not to mention how bad I feel for wasting money my family really needs on a new plan after spending over $200 on the phone. Would not recommend Back Market to my worst enemy.

Max Battery percentage was 100% which is really good the phone has no flaws that I have noticed. However I’d recommend checking Amazon renewed as this phone I got just was in a Amazon renewed box which makes me believe the seller got it from Amazon for cheaper and sold it to me for higher.

I ordered an unlocked Pixel 7, but the seller shipped me a locked one. After I contacted support, the seller either failed to reply to Back Market or for some other reason took a few days trying to remotely unlock the device. When they were unable to, I returned the phone for a full refund.
