    It's a beautiful phone, I have no issues with the condition of it, or so far the functionality, but the way it was packaged was bad. One thin layer of bubble wrap around the phone put into a box that was about 7x4x2. It bounced around inside the box violently, it could have been damaged that way, but thankfully it wasn't. A little more padding, that's all. Thank you..

    BUYER BEWARE: I previously ordered a phone from this seller which had to be returned because it was the wrong phone (Galaxy A51 5G not A51 4G) and it wasn't in excellent condition which it was supposed to be. Because the seller only offered returns I was forced to return the phone, and not exchange it, even though the seller still had the same device listed for sale. A few weeks later I tried ordering another phone from this same seller (it was the only option for an A51 that was above fair condition). That phone also had to be returned because it was not unlocked as stated. Neither refund was processed by the seller within the specified time frame (at the time of writing the seller has had the second return for 4 business days). Backmarket pushed through the refund on the fisrt device and I have contacted them about issuing the refund for the second phone.
