I am very pleased with the quality of the phone as well as the service from Backmarket. They didn't have the color I requested but said they sent me a better phone just different color. I've just ordered another phone from them and I don't expect the performance or quality to be any different. Thank you!

I was in desperate need of a replacement cellphone 📱😫, my other Samsung A13 battery went completely out on me, so I got the internet and you all was the 1st page that I tan across. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and ran across the samsung a10e and for the price I bought it. It is a lot smaller than I thought it would be and then to find out it was marketed in 2019. I thought it would be bigger like the a13 that went out on me. As for me liking it, I do it's cute and well taken care of as a refurbished phone 📱. If iam in need of another phone 📱I will definitely use Black Market to re-purchase another phone.

I replaced both my kids phones. These phones have worked great straight out the box. Seller sent a note explaining the transaction. We have had a great buying experience thus far

My phone arrived 2 days earlier. which was good. There were 2 fine scratches on the screen, but I always use a screen protector anyway. The phone works great so far. The price was the best part.

It was not unlocked as stated so I had to return it. I needed a phone asap, so I bought a different phone while waiting fir the return to process. I am still waiting on my refund and the phone was received by back market over a week ago. I have messaged multiple days with no response. I can't believe this is happening and that I am even having to consider filing a dispute with my bank!

Try to figure out if the phone was just different. Obviously we have issues with speaker not working properly as well as phone, not charging properly having to be restarted to charge the phone as well as when incoming calls or answered it hangs up immediately. I am using the link sent on the 10th to return this item for a full refund which it states I should have within two days once I go to UPS tomorrow morning. My original purchase of my iPhone 12 Pro was very good. This purchase sucked. I hope there are no issues with the return and refund of this purchase.
