    Sound quality is excellent. The only problem is that the volume and pause controls are a bit soft, not crisp like new. Overall a very good deal.

    The back market team was awesome with support but I'm frustrated that after purchasing a device at the beginning of the month, there was one incorrect delivery and the second was damaged on arrival. it's been almost a month. I like back market and have bought on here before but I'll be choosing a different platform for this purchase.

    horrible experience. I will never order again. they sent me the wrong item, I requested 2 Earbuds by Dr Dre and the worst is that they sent me just 1 item and I got a letter with the package saying that they did not have the Earbuds and instead they sent me just 1 device wich they wrote on a letter the one they sent was more expensive than the one I ordered.... terrible customer service from seller. but , I got a refund from BM
