    Hello, So far I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I was a bit skeptical, and did a lot of research, trying to find out if I was setting myself up to get scammed. In the end it seemed to be totally legit and there was the normal amount of gripes and complaints, but plenty saying it was worth a try. I pulled the trigger and ordered my MacBook, which was far better than I thought I would be able to get for that price. Amazingly arrived on the day. It said it would, and fired up just fine. Been using it for a couple days now and it’s an amazing machine. I haven’t dealt with any problems yet so I don’t know how customer service is, but I’m quite happy so far and really appreciate the awesome computer!

    The iMac Pro was very securely packed and arrived in perfect condition. The unit is flawless and looks brand new, which is an amazing feat for a system manufactured in 2017.     Incredible experience and great seller! The device arrived in I’d say more like excellent condition. Some minor adhesive on the back of the device but that was it. Keyboard & mouse were Apple peripherals with chargers even if a bit older than the device. Specs were exactly correct! Also, this seller knows how to pack! My box arrived undamaged but even it it were, there was no chance the device would’ve been damaged. I really appreciate the care and speed of the seller. Great product, great price!

    Absolutely excellent! After a horrible experience ordering a similar laptop from another seller, I was losing hope with backmarket. I decided to try again and found an excellent deal on an a2141 macbook with 64gbs ram, a tb of storage and the cpu I wanted. The packaging was EXCELLENT, and the computer came with the exact specs I ordered. It took them 2 days to ship, but I ordered on a weekend, so I didn’t expect them to ship until monday (which they did early in the morning using fedex 2day shipping!!!!) I also ordered the condition “good” and honestly it only had 2 minuscule dings and a tiny scratch, leagues better than the same condition I ordered from another seller. Overall great experience, and I feel super secure with backmarkets included warranty!

    I’ll start off by saying that I love this computer; don’t get me wrong for the price, it is a GREAT deal. And I know it was advertised as being in “fair” condition. However, I had to make a couple of fixes, and buy some parts and install them to make it actually usable. BackMarket support was not as helpful as I had hoped, as they only offered to give me a refund or replace it rather than fix the issue with the laptop. Like I said I love the performance and everything else about it so I wanted to keep it, and I’m pretty handy so. Firstly, a few of the keys were not responsive or had poor responsiveness. Luckily I have some experience and replacing the keyboard with a new OEM Dell one wasn’t difficult or very expensive. I also had an issue where this computer could not turn on unless it was connected to AC. Again, luckily this is a common problem with this computer when it has a non-Dell aftermarket battery installed, so I ordered an OEM Dell battery and replaced that too. After these fixes, it works like a dream. A very powerful computer, and still worth it in my eyes.
