This is my first MacBook. I was hoping for a much improved experience from Windows. I’m happy with the overall performance, but it seems to be right on par with my Windows laptop with respect to speed and graphics. Actually when I do website design projects, the MacBook is much slower to load content. I did comparison research about the processor that I have vs the one I was purchasing in the MacBook and was under the impression that I was upgrading but that hasn’t been my experience. I’ll keep learning with the MacBook and hopefully it will turn out to be the things that I didn’t understand…

I bought what was advertised as a 2015 MacBook Pro, but I was sent a 2014 MacBook Pro. I can't imagine that someone who professionally refurbishes computers could have made that mistake accidentally. Back market does not allow devices older than 10 years to be sold, so it is my opinion that the seller was hoping to sell a 2014 without me noticing. Of course I noticed. One year sounds like a small difference, but it is not. The 2014 cannot run Mac OS Monterey, which I needed it to run because this computer was a replacement for my longtime laptop that was damaged by someone. I needed it to be able to run all of the software I had before, So that I could actually get my data out of my TimeMachine backup. With the 2014, there was a bunch of software I couldn't even install. Also, it was supposed to arrive in "Excellent" condition, but it arrived with scratches and a nick/dent on one of the corners. I would accept the scratches but the dent on the corner concerned me, because it must have been hit against something pretty hard for that to have happened. So far the computer is working great I originally ordered a MacBook with no touch bar, but I was sent the one with Touch Bar but I guess it still OK. I would recommend purchasing with faster processor just to be on the safe side. MacBook looks good no scratches or dense other than that I’m satisfied with my purchase

Thanks for it! I advice everybody to use BackMarket! My Imac Pro is powerful even in 2025, keyboard and mouse pad was included, everything was in original box, nice protected.

great computer. shipped quickly. and was exactly what i needed. almost no signs of wear. but the sticker they put on it, left residue.

All of my expectations were met. I would not hesitate to order from this vendor again I received tremendous value buying my computer this way the one year warranty also provides peace of mind
