I love my computer it’s so crazy when I first order I place it for a gold one because it wasn’t any rose gold left and look at god I got a rose gold one . I’m too happy with my purchase and will be buying again

Good shopping and checkout process when shopping for used MacBook Air. Good communication after checkout. Snow in area caused 1 day delay, but then was back on track the next day. Got timely updates about the delivery status the whole time. Product arrived and was in the condition promised.

I was really excited to purchase a MacBook Pro from Back Market, especially after hearing great things about their refurbished devices. The shipping speed was fantastic—it arrived much faster than expected, which was a huge relief since I needed the laptop ASAP. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I tried to set it up. The laptop turned out to be previously used by a company and was completely locked down with their security settings. There was no way to reset it without the company’s password, making the device totally unusable. How was this not caught during the inspection process? It seems like a major oversight that should have been addressed before the laptop was ever sold. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for either a repair or a replacement, which is incredibly inconvenient. I expected a smooth experience, but instead, I’m left dealing with unnecessary delays. I hope Back Market improves their quality control because this was a huge letdown.

I was expecting this to come with the keyboard because the 3rd image in the description shows a keyboard, and also because the technical specifications description specifically says - "Keyboard type and language - QWERTY - English". My mom was a little disappointed when she opened her gift and there was no keyboard. I needed to order the Surface keyboard separately from Amazon. That was not too big of a problem, but I would like to have known that there was no keyboard before ordering it. The seller should add "keyboard not included" in the description. Another problem is the mini DisplayPort connector does not work. I tried it on a few screens, but I could not get a picture to appear on a connected monitor. The display seems to recognize that something is connected, but it stays dark and no picture appears. The computer is a little slower than I expected, but I did expect it to be slow with only 2 GB of RAM. I was not planning to use this computer for anything that requires a lot of RAM or processor speed, so this was not a bad choice. This computer works. It does what I needed it to do. It looks good and looks almost like new. This is a good choice if you are looking for a Windows laptop at a low price.

The iMac is working smoothly and just as stated in the description. Would purchase from this store again!

I am so upset for my experience in purchasing. I ordered a MacBook Pro 2019 in “excellent” condition. I purposely got excellent condition because I didn’t want to have any problems with the laptop. Not even 2 hours into having it, the Touch Bar started flickering non stop badly. I tried methods provided to help fix the problem but nothing worked. I restarted the laptop multiple times and nothing. Although the laptop looks brand new and works well, I can’t I ignore the fact that the Touch Bar flickers and glitches everytime it’s idle. Please check your items before sending them.

Very happy with the condition of the laptop and the whole process. It shipped fast and showed up looking like new.
