    I'd been borrowing a school-provided laptop for the past couple of years but decided it was time to purchase since I'll be transferring to a new school in the fall and have some stuff I need to do online to prepare over the summer. My brother is pretty tech-savvy and introduced me to Back Market. I've never purchased refurbished tech before but this laptop was everything I was looking for AND well within my budget. Both the laptop itself and the charger came in perfect shape and were packaged very well. I haven't run into any issues so far but I purchased the additional insurance coverage just-in-case, which puts my mind further at ease. 10/10

    Honestly the computer is great. At first I was concerned with the speed but then the more I used it the faster the computer got. The only real problem I have with the computer is the tiny white line marks that are on the screen. It seems that when there’s white on the screen those spots don’t match other white. When there is other colors it’s still white in those spots when the colors around are light but when dark goes over those spots they disappear. However besides the three little spots there’s one bigger spot with that issue. I will try and deal with the issue because it is a good computer. Other than that there are no issues what so ever. Thank you

    Looked brand new, packaging was more than sufficient to protect the hardware. The onboard wireless card was missing, but they provided a USB solution, which was more than sufficient. Not personally using the wireless, so a non-issue for me. Everything was to the spec listed. Zero complaints, wish I had gotten a couple more. They work great as quiet small footprint servers in my home lab.
