I ordered this and received a locked device. It is locked to Verizon. I need it unlocked as listed, disappointed and had to ship it back to the seller.

Was almost new

I absolutely loved these headphones; the battery life, quality of sound, noise cancellation -everything was really wonderful especially at the price point. I'm a painter and being able to move around without a cable catching on anything was game-changing for my work flow. Unfortunately, coming up on a year of frequent use the hardware is coming apart, with part of the casing on either side popping out of place as I tried to put them on. I'm not sure how long headphones usually last or how frequently people change them out, I'd hoped to keep them as long as possible
