    I was not convinced a refurbished was the right way to go. I needed a new phone to operate my insulin pump. The phone I got looked brand new and works like it too. After running my pump all day, texting and phone calls I still have 75 to80% battery life. I would not hesitate to buy electronics of any kid from Back Market!

    this is number three purchase from back market everyone has been very smooth and good quality products my last one here has a little chip in the top and returning for a another one, however it's a little lengthy process to return your phone. and I do recommend getting your phone insurance through back market not a kkko or echelon

    Regardless of shortcomings, it's hard to beat the price. TLDR: I had to fix an issue with the lens cover caused by improper adhesive placement. The only issue that I had was that the lens cover on the back of the phone would not sit flush which meant that dust could get underneath and onto the internal lenses which is not good. Lucky for me, I'm pretty handy and confident when it comes to electronic repairs so I took the lens cover off to see why it wouldn't sit flush. Turns out the adhesive was not positioned correctly and was getting pinched along the edges, causing it to be slightly raised. I cut off the excess and reapplied it which pretty much fixed the issue. The phone was said to be in "excellent" condition but I can't fully agree. Most people wouldn't want to deal with this especially on an "excellent" condition order.(Which is the option I chose.) Quality assurance really needs to check these details as this is not the first time I've had an issue with adhesive being the cause of a problem. Not a deal breaker for me but it could be for someone else.

    It is so hard for me to find cases that fit my Motorola Edge+ (2020). The ones I can find, typically are thick and industrial looking. Finally, I was able to find a simple, but cute case that fits perfectly and does the job! I love the flat top and bottom, but still have the curved edge of the screen. Great product, I feel lucky to have found it

    The case is surprisingly very well made with rigid corner and screen perimeter bumpers, yet feels soft grippy and hands down elegant. The white color is a nice touch. Overall excellent case that does not smell of heavy chemicals.
