Being my first purchase of a refurbished phone I was pretty hesitant but you blew my mind. It arrived on time and packed well no visible scratches in perfect mint condition. Awesome buy. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful, easy set up, price was incredible, I still can't believe it wasn't a scam! My only irks with the phone are lower than expected battery life and the camera quality wasn't what I was expecting. Not a huge upgrade from my Samsung galaxy A20 in that regard, despite the double lens.

The prompt shipment of the product was greatly appreciated, and its arrival two days ahead of schedule was a significant benefit. Consequently, the device arrived in a condition that exceeded expectations, appearing exceptionally clean. Based on this positive experience, I would highly recommend this vendor for future technology purchases.

This is my second phone I have purchased from back Market. I can't tell you enough how impressed I am every time. I've been blessed not to have any difficulties with any phone I have purchased from them.

I am really enjoying this phone! Of course, getting used to a flip phone takes some practice...but I used to love my LG flip back in the days when we ALL had flip phones! The service from BackMarket was great, the packaging good and the phone seems to be in superb condition.

2 Month's later and so far satisfied with my Samsung Galaxy S23Ultra 512gb purchase. Shipped and received in just a few days. I did receive the wrong color but definitely not a deal breaker for me (ordered beige, received white) looks neat, like new. Cellphone is cosmetically in pristine condition, battery life could be better but has held up okay so far (considering it's a used phone and my purchase condition option at check out) hoping all goes well after the awesome 1 year warranty provided. Currently returning to shop with BackMarket to upgrade my GF cellphone, crossing my fingers she will be very much more satisfied with her new cellphone upgrade and the overall conditions of her new phone. Planning on making much more purchases in the future with BackMarket (perhaps a gaming laptop next) if all goes well.. Thank you for your service BackMarket!.

Have brought Samsung galaxy s22 ultra mobile from back market. The phone has been in excellent condition, with no major scratches or dent. Looks pretty new. Have been using this for the past one week before having the review written. Has been really impressive. It's an factory unlocked version and works great 👍

Fabulous! Ordered Samsung S23 Ultra from Back Market and couldn't be more pleased. Phone arrived promptly and existing number and data including my dozens of apps transferred without any problems as well as all data. Did not include a charger but did include a charging cable. This was described in the advertisement. Phone appears new and works absolutely perfectly. Highly recommend Back Market!
