Wonderful, easy set up, price was incredible, I still can't believe it wasn't a scam! My only irks with the phone are lower than expected battery life and the camera quality wasn't what I was expecting. Not a huge upgrade from my Samsung galaxy A20 in that regard, despite the double lens.

I really love the ability to customize my phone's widgets, home screen and lock screen and the AOD settings are pretty cool. every time I flip it open or closed, I feel like a modern sharpay from highschool musical. the translation and ai assistance with note taking is also really useful since I'm currently in school and I have to study non stop for my upcoming exam.

Purchased 'Good' and got an excellent phone. Not a single scratch or crack. Yellow is more of a gold which is even better! Phone is in great working order, I am very happy with my purchase. I did pay for 2 day shipping and unfortunately it was delayed but I spoke with customer service and they refunded me with no problem. This is the 6th device I've purchased with BackMarket and have not been disappointed a single time.

I'm really Happy with the quality of this phone. IT appears almost new. start up no problem, insert sim and smart switch downloads phone data transfer begins (Verizon) the screen quality is vantastic! I'm really surprised at the battery it's 8 hrs easy, I watched 3hrs on Netflix starting with 85% ended on 72%. I don't like the finger print screen protector, sometimes you can see the hole when the screen is black. Never while on though. Great buy!!!

I love this z fold 6 been waiting to get one and you guys had a price I couldn't resist plus the phone was perfect not even one scratch on it. I'm so happy with my phone I just ordered the IPhone 13 for my daughter and I plan on getting all my old cell phones together to sell to you guys and thank you very much for what you guys do.

This is my second phone I have purchased from back Market. I can't tell you enough how impressed I am every time. I've been blessed not to have any difficulties with any phone I have purchased from them.

I am really enjoying this phone! Of course, getting used to a flip phone takes some practice...but I used to love my LG flip back in the days when we ALL had flip phones! The service from BackMarket was great, the packaging good and the phone seems to be in superb condition.

2 Month's later and so far satisfied with my Samsung Galaxy S23Ultra 512gb purchase. Shipped and received in just a few days. I did receive the wrong color but definitely not a deal breaker for me (ordered beige, received white) looks neat, like new. Cellphone is cosmetically in pristine condition, battery life could be better but has held up okay so far (considering it's a used phone and my purchase condition option at check out) hoping all goes well after the awesome 1 year warranty provided. Currently returning to shop with BackMarket to upgrade my GF cellphone, crossing my fingers she will be very much more satisfied with her new cellphone upgrade and the overall conditions of her new phone. Planning on making much more purchases in the future with BackMarket (perhaps a gaming laptop next) if all goes well.. Thank you for your service BackMarket!.
