    it is the wrong laptop. It is not a latitude laptop. It is dell precision 5510. The laptop is not bad but bigger than I had expected BUT THE BATTERY LIFE IS VERY WEAK. After full charge it is not even lasting one hour. You mention new batteries as a part of your refurbishment. Now what can be done? This is the second time. The last laptop did not charge at all. I have spent a lot of time and energy trying to get a good refursbished laptop from you. ARE YOU ABLE TO RESOLVE THE BATTERY ISSUE?
