I have purchase a few device from Backmarket and have always had a good experience. My iPhone 15 is in very good shape and it works well. I will definitely purchase from Backmarket for any other phone/tablet/laptop needs.

I love it! I can play the games on a much larger screen and ebooks are easier to read. It was in excellent condition when it arrived and I haven’t stopped using it since. Thank you so much! I’m definitely a happy customer and will spread the word on Back Market.

I've always used Back Market in the past, and have always been very happy with their professionalism and refurbishment. However, this phone was not up to their usual standard. It was nothing huge, just little things that were kinda jenkey. The phone came in a priority mail box, not a phone box. it only had a littl paper wrapped around it. No user manual or anything like usual. Just a cord (NOT the charging block) and the phone. The phone had an old case on it that smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke, as did the cord. It aso arrived a day late, which is not a huge deal. The area around the camera was VERY dusty/dirty. Not up their usual standard. So far the phone is good, though.

Perfect condition no scratches battery came at 100% the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the charger was really nasty and dirty and didn’t work thankfully I had an extra but the watch overall looked brand new

Shipping was pretty quick. Watch is in absolute brand new condition. No scratches, band like new, and battery lasts as long as a brand new one from factory. Came with a Samsung charger too. You can compare it to one thats brand new never used and you would not know which is used, and which one is new.

I like this phone, it's tough. I refuse to take more care of my things than I do with myself, so this is the phone for me.

Overall the phone was in good condition and battery life was excellent. The phone had a deep gouge in the middle of the screen, which shouldn’t have been excellent. Good was $70 cheaper at that time.
