I have purchase a few device from Backmarket and have always had a good experience. My iPhone 15 is in very good shape and it works well. I will definitely purchase from Backmarket for any other phone/tablet/laptop needs.

Overall the phone was in good condition and battery life was excellent. The phone had a deep gouge in the middle of the screen, which shouldn’t have been excellent. Good was $70 cheaper at that time.

Perfect condition no scratches battery came at 100% the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the charger was really nasty and dirty and didn’t work thankfully I had an extra but the watch overall looked brand new

I love it! I can play the games on a much larger screen and ebooks are easier to read. It was in excellent condition when it arrived and I haven’t stopped using it since. Thank you so much! I’m definitely a happy customer and will spread the word on Back Market.

Shipping was pretty quick. Watch is in absolute brand new condition. No scratches, band like new, and battery lasts as long as a brand new one from factory. Came with a Samsung charger too. You can compare it to one thats brand new never used and you would not know which is used, and which one is new.

I ordered an iPad in "excellent" condition, but I think they sent me a New one! Thrilled with my purchase 10/10.

I paid extra for excellent condition hoping that it would come with just a few scratches on it but it came dirty like they didn’t even try to clean the phone was completely dead and the paint is chipped off of the bottom

Phone is in terrific condition with the battery capacity at 100 percent. Very pleased with the phone, would buy from back market again in a heartbeat Have not connected it to our phone plan yet and have not checked everything but phone is in great shape

The iPad arrived in excellent condition, no scratches or blemishes in sight. Seller bundled a free case too, which was a plus. Would highly recommend.
