I paid extra for excellent condition hoping that it would come with just a few scratches on it but it came dirty like they didn’t even try to clean the phone was completely dead and the paint is chipped off of the bottom

The iPad came in perfect condition, just as described. It even arrived faster than expected. Very pleased

The computer arrived quickly and works well. In fact, it arrived too quickly, which seems like a strange thing to complain about but I live in an apartment building with a package theft problem so I had planned to home all day on the Tuesday delivery day but it arrived on Saturday. I managed to get a neighbor to grab it for me, but it could have very easily been stolen. It works well but it was very dirty when it arrived. Crumbs, hair, and dust all over the keyboard. I really needed to start using it right away so I cleaned it up and it's working very well but it was a really bad first impression. Receiving a clean device seems like a reasonable expectation when buying something refurbished. Again, the condition is overall good and I did not have time to send it back so I am happy with it now, but it was pretty gross right out of the box. I will not order from Back Market again.

Practically brand new. Battery is in preem condition. Only a couple very tiny scratches in the screen on arrival. This was a very good purchase.

While I've had some pretty good experiences in the past here on BackMarket, this particular order hasn't been the best. The iPad Pro I received was in good working condition, cosmetically fine, and shipped/arrived within a reasonable time, but the only thing was that it was the wrong model (2021 M1 instead of 2022 M2). Naturally, I returned it to the vendor for a refund, which despite being issued around 12 days ago, has never shown up in my bank account since. I'm hopeful that BackMarket will be responsive in resolving this issue, but it is nonetheless stressful to be still waiting for a refund for an item that I returned around a month ago.
