The quality of the device is excellent and even for it being in "good condition" it looks flawless. The seller shipped very quickly and packaged the item so it wouldn't get damaged. Also, it is compatible with MacBook Pros on the new silicon architecture. I was skeptical when I ordered but I am thoroughly impressed. I've ordered from BackMarket before and had great luck with I've ordered and have even referred friends to order from here also and they were impressed with the speed and quality of the service and devices.

The item was in good condition (as listed) and has worked perfectly since I hooked it up. Couldn't be happier.

The keyboard has some scratches and scuffs on it but with three cats, that's the least of my worries. This item came fast and works great with my new tablet. It has completely replaced my MacBook Pro.

I couldn't be more happy. For the price, you can't beat it. Came with battery and charging cord. Everything works. Had a few minor scratches you could barely see. I would recommend it and reorder it again

They sent me a laptop that can't connect to my network, I can use it as guest But that wansnt part of the deal. I even have my Ethernet cord in. And still can't connect. Please help i tried everything plus had others try. I want to give 5stars but I waited a while and really needed this laptop to work, but its giving me an ultimatum. And I abhor those. Edit. It worked after a fees hours of trying to connect, like 5hr. Then everything went as smootly as I'd hoped. I wish it came with a warning for the off-chance it don't link automatically, or within an hour so I didn't have to go thru a stage of feeling swindled. But everyone on the staff was helpful and informative.

My galaxy s9 looks brand new, no imperfections and it works perfect. I am impressed by the quality and I'll come back for all my device shopping from now on
