This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300

Awesome! Came in "Fair" condition, which was really just only one small nick. Came with a new battery, that is an apple battery as it is reading the battery health. Got an awesome trade in on my old device also. All in all, 10/10 for Backmarket and its team of independent refurbishers!

The phone arrived on time and in great condition. You wouldn't even know that it is refurbished. It looks and feels brand new. I will be recommending BackMarket to everyone needing a phone or other electronics.

I love the phone is like new. I like screen size and I was able to move all other phone information to new phone by Smart Switch only took about 2 hours. I have a lot on my old phone some I deleted off new phone. The picture quality is awesome it like watching 4K viewing. I love watching movies, YouTube videos and tik-Tok videos. If you purchased this refurbished phone, you will not be disappointed. The store BAck Market alway guaranteed there product and it has not failed me yet.

I love this tablet and use it everyday. ordered it over a year ago and still no regrets. Barely any scuffs on the unit well packaged. this was my first time buying used tech and it still felt like I was buying new.

Great overall. The only issue was that I could never make the fingerprint work to unlock the screen and also, the charger only worked for a month. But I highly recommend getting these products. Great quality, great camera, perfect on the outside, just like new.

Phone looks a lot better than fair! Works exactly as I expected for an older phone. It's not patchy, glichty or slow, you would think I bought it brand new considering it was in "fair condition." Excellent delivery service and quick. It took about 2 days to deliver (not including processing.) I highly recommend!

Fast delivery, my child was sooo excited that her iPhone even came with a matching red case! I added a brand new battery and 2 year insurance plans and it was still less than half of what I would have paid from Apple!!❤️❤️❤️
