I am in love with this phone! Best iPhone I’ve ever had… got a great deal on it since it’s 50 percent of the original 1/2k price tag brand new back when it came out… I am in love with the purple color and I love the fact that I can download as much as I want without having to worry about running out of space… also had no problems putting it onto the boost mobile network since I have been a loyal boost mobile customer since 2016…. Was super easy to put onto my carrier…

I was skeptical of refurbished items when I first bought this, but felt like I couldn't go wrong with the warranty offered with the purchase. Item arrived and it looked and functioned like it was brand new. I feel like I will never buy electronics new again after this with the prices and experience.

I bought this phone for my daughter and she loves it!! It is basically a brand new phone. You would never be able to tell it was refurbished. I have used the iPhone 12 since it came out and I bought this iPhone 12 256gb to upgrade storage. This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300

Awesome! Came in "Fair" condition, which was really just only one small nick. Came with a new battery, that is an apple battery as it is reading the battery health. Got an awesome trade in on my old device also. All in all, 10/10 for Backmarket and its team of independent refurbishers!

Phone looks and functions like new only had 60 previous charge cycles on it I’m very happy with my purchase and will be buying any phone I need in the future from back market

I love the phone is like new. I like screen size and I was able to move all other phone information to new phone by Smart Switch only took about 2 hours. I have a lot on my old phone some I deleted off new phone. The picture quality is awesome it like watching 4K viewing. I love watching movies, YouTube videos and tik-Tok videos.
