    The phone was packed securely to prevent damage in transit and arrived in great condition. The phone looked practically brand new. It had almost zero scratches. The phone had been factory reset and all evidence from any previous owner had been completely wiped from all system data folders. I would definitely buy from this vendor again!

    The phone was not nearly what I thought it would be. I understand it's not brand new but the scratches weren't scratches they were cracks. I had to pay 100 dollars to get the screen replaced. So as you can tell it passed me off.
