My phone arrived within the promised time with updates along the way ..phone is in excellent condition as I ordered it ,switch over was pretty simple with the help of an email from black market and smart switch from Samsung, screen is perfect, outside cover no visible scratches hardly even know it wasn't brand new to be honest..so far so good as performance and functionality. Big upgrade for me from another Samsung A32..so some features I will have to learn ..I will update if I notice any issues in the future, purchase from the website was smooth and easy ..will be doing the next upgrade from the black market again ..Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars on an excellent phone upgrade

I got this phone for my husband for his birthday! The Samsung A54 in Lime Green! He loves it! It came in the original box, not like a "refurbished phone". What a great deal, and so much faster than his old phone. My second purchase with Backmarket , and I am 100% thrilled and satisfied with my purchase!

Everything worked great as it should had no issues with putting a T-Mobile sim in it if your looking for a T-Mobile phone this is one of the best ones you can buy for a really cheap price just because it’s locked to T-Mobile I have T-Mobile so getting them to sim unlock it was super easy definitely recommend

The XS speakers are a little “tinny” but the phone is in excellent condition as promised. It went right into a case, so when it’s time, I’ll trade it in with Back Market. I’ve now purchased yet another phone for my husband from Back Market and received trade-in money on both.

I love this phone i think the color is awesome to but it almost hid the crack on the back from me, it was hard to see. I would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone wanting quality phones at a cheaper price.

I searched long and hard for an Sfe20, model g781u1. That's the phone you advertised and, that's what I ordered. You sent me a g781u. It was unlocked and it worked out OK for my service but it wasn't Exactly what I ordered. Otherwise, I have to say, it's a very nice phone and in good condition.

The device is in good condition. Only, in the characteristics that the seller gave, he did not specify that the back cover was not glued correctly, nor that the screen that the device had was not the original one, but a generic screen. That disappointed me a little, to be honest, because at no time did the seller mention those details.

The phone was packed securely to prevent damage in transit and arrived in great condition. The phone looked practically brand new. It had almost zero scratches. The phone had been factory reset and all evidence from any previous owner had been completely wiped from all system data folders. I would definitely buy from this vendor again!

The shipping was fast. However, I received my device locked and I purchased an unlocked device. The battery was at 23% when initially powered on. A Verizon Wireless message kept popping up on the set-up screen and would not go away even when the phone was restarted. Additionally, there was a deep scratch on the phone screen. The condition of the phone is not what I selected at the time of purchase. I will be returning the phone and purchasing elsewhere.
