I am quite pleased with this iPhone 14 Pro. I've purchased two other iPhones before this one and was given iPhones below their proposed quality grade (premium). However, this iPhone 14 Pro in Space Black was borderline flawless (not a single scratch), working smoothly, and best of all, the battery health was at 100%. That's impressive considering it's almost three years old. The iPhone came from Cellular Professor, so I highly recommend getting refurbished from them if it's an option.

At first I was skeptical and nervous about my purchase because.. well its a refurbished phone but ohhhh my god Im so glad I got It. My new IPhone 15 came completely untouched! It looks wonderful. It runs smoothly. Very happy with my purchase.

I am a very happy repeat customer. Helped mom purchase a refurbished iPad - and the new "Premium" condition option piqued her interest (mainly because the logo is a diamond). The iPad arrived quickly and in the premium condition stated by the reseller. Everything was setup and restored from her iCloud backup in a just a couple of hours. I highly recommend Back Market for all your warrantied, refurbished tech purchases. Depending on your budget - and the comparable price of going new, I'd recommend the Excellent condition items. I'm not sure yet if the increase in price for Premium condition will show its value.

I purchased a refurbished 13" MacBook Pro M1 (2020 edition) from BlackMarket, and I couldn't be happier. The laptop arrived in near perfect condition with only very minor blemishes. The laptop is in perfect working order, plenty fast, fantastic battery, and exceeded my expectations.

Whole process was easy and my phone is absolutely perfect. You would never know it was a refurbished. I feel much better buying a phone this way. I never used your services before, just found you online while looking for a refurbished MacBook Pro. My existing MB Pro was from 2015 and while it was a very good machine, many of the current updates were not compatible. To be honest, I could not be happier with my 2023 16" MacBook Pro I just received from Back Market! I was so pleased with the speed, sound quality and clarity of the screen. I bought the iPhone 15 in Premium (the level above excellent) condition for around 550 dollars (plus like 50 dollars in Tax). If you are a student, try to get the 25-dollar discount. Anyway, the Battery was at 100%, and the body was in perfect condition. The screen has a single, virtually invisible scratch in the top right that I only noticed when I got the phone, never again since I started using it. And the camera has like a very, very, very small chip, and the edge again is literally unnoticeable. I would rate the quality a 9.9/10 due to the very small scratches. I would recommend this product!
