This is one of those few instances where I’m more than happy to leave positive feedback. Looking for a newer iPhone (coming from an 11) only because of storage capacity, I wasn’t interested in spending a boatload of cash for an iPhone with all the latest technology. I definitely didn’t need it to be brand new as well. Back Market offered the opportunity for a newer generation phone which by far exceeded the only real requirement I had: greater storage capacity. I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus in “good” condition, and I would say it arrived in practically pristine condition. This seller promptly prepared the order and had it shipped by the estimated date. And the battery was at 100%. I can only speak to my own satisfaction with the order, but I will absolutely consider using this service and seller for any future needs.

Exactly what I was expecting from back market. Got it for my wife and all i can is amazing quality and delivery was fast, the ipad looks brand new and they were kind enough to send a charger brick and cable. I couldn’t be more pleased with it

Everything is great with the device and I very much feel I got a great deal on it. There are just a few issues I’ve encountered but I doubt it’s anything you guys could have known about without daily using the device. The S pen doesn’t seem to connect to the tablet the way it should because I cannot set it up and there is a constant notification the top of the screen that says connect S pen to finish setting up the device. And when I try to update the system it powers down and when it powers back on it says update failed and to contact Samsung support which I’ll have to do about both issues but overall Backmarket is a great site.

Back Market never disappoints! Love fast shipping and promos. This laptop is as advertised. I was so excited to get the 1000 GB specs on this model. Only has very minor scrape mark on top edge. Other than that it's in pristine condition. Bought a case, keyboard & screen protector to preserve the condition. Forever fan of Back Market.

I purchased the s6 lite (2020) in fair condition. It only has a scratch on the back and it is in great condition. Tablet runs smoothly and although it may not be the most up to date tablet on the market it works for what I need which is to take notes and watch the occasional YouTube video. Delivery was also timely and tablet packaged well. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for new tech to purchase from back market. I will also be making purchases from here in the future.

Did not come in original packaging. But the quality of the product was good and well packaged to withstand the transition of the product. Properly bubble wrapped and protected. When it comes to quality, it was pretty good as described.

Been using this phone for half a year and I still enjoy it. ordered fair condition 256gb storage, came pretty much unsused. The camera is awesome. The battery is doing okay although under heavy usage like maps or navigator it tends to discharge after obviously but it's not the worst in terms of holding the charge. Also the overheating happens pretty often but I don't think it will affect anything else. Perfect phone for $200 budget
