NOT Microsoft brand keyboard. Listing looks like a refurbished Microsoft keyboard to me, but I received a new off-brand keyboard. It works and I just need one so I'm keeping it, but I'm frustrated it's not as advertised.

Superior quality with nary a scratch! Added an iPad to 2 previous purchases- will be back given the delivery speed and quality of the refurbished items.

My college uses google programs for assignment submissions. When my outdated MacBook began to die quickly off charger and overheat, I knew I needed something to get me through the last semester of school that didn’t break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this Acer chrome book. Had I known how nice it would be, I would have switched much sooner. Nothing but good things to say about this device. It has been perfect for what I need. Fast, reliable, and convenient.

So I ordered an iPad Air 3 in fair condition and I am absolutely blown away. Honestly, I was expecting it to look pretty rough with scratches, dents, etc., but there was 2 tiny scuffs that I didn’t even notice for the first couple days so that should tell you how noticeable they were. Aside from those, it’s absolutely flawless. It looks brand new! It came with a screen protector already on it, and the battery life has also impressed me. I expected it would die fairly quickly or at least quicker than a brand new one would but I’ve been using it for 3 days now off and on to watch videos, browse the internet, mess around on apps, changing the settings to how I want them, and all that fun stuff and I am just now charging it for the first time. When I got it out of the box, it was charged to 83%. So to say that I am happy with my purchase is a total understatement. The fact that I bought the iPad for a small fraction of the price if I would’ve purchased straight from Apple makes it that much better! This is the second time I’ve bought from Back Market and it definitely won’t be the last!! Thank you for all that you do!

The laptop arrived in excellent condition, without any signs of use and working perfectly in all its functionalities. I have already reinstalled Windows 10 and am using it as a brand-new device. Excellent purchase!

few scratches but not on the screen. screen and keyboard flawless. The touchscreen does stick sometimes but not to bad. for the price and what I was looking for I'm happy. I buy all my tech from Backmarket.

When I ordered the iPad the estimated delivery date was 3-4 days. It arrived the next day! To my surprise it had a screen protector and case/cover (this wasn’t listed in the description). Nice bonus as I find adding a screen protector less than fun. The iPad works great and it looks great - like brand new. This wasn’t my first purchase at Back Market and it won’t be the last!

My 'new' laptop is great! It looks and feels new, its hard to believe that its not. There is only one small scratch on the exterior that you really have to look for. Transfer from my old laptop was easy and seamless. Very happy with my purchase

Alright so I've officially had this laptop for just over 2 week and it is absolutely perfect. I bought it in excellent condition and it arrived in just 3days with only tiny scratches on the back you'd have to look hard to notice. No complaint, it was going in a case anyway. My previous laptop was a Surface Pro 6 Core i5 and it began to get phantom touches, preventing me from drawing on it. This surface pro 7 core i7 is exactly what I needed and more!! It performs so much better than my last laptop. I'm so glad I gave this a chance. I saved $20 compared to getting a new Surface pro 6 Core i5 from Amazon.
