great product. arrived fast in 3 days. product was like new no signs of use. ultimately didn't work out due to item not meeting my specifications for the work I do. will order again from backmarket.

Fellow buyers - BEWARE What a sham! With a big project and tight deadline on my hands, having my old laptop due was very stressful. We spent lots of time going over all the various options available. Once I settled on a surface pro, we began looking at products that were bundle sets with the keyboard, as well as those without. We decided on this item to purchase since it said it came with the keyboard, and ultimately was about $50 cheaper than just buying the surface pro and keyboard separate. Then came the issues....the item itself came 10 days after the expected delivery date. I recognize that it is possible that it was due to the carrier, but none the less was problematic for me to keep up with our current work demands. I was excited when it was finally delivered, but extremely disappointed when I opened the box. When unboxing it was very evident that there was no keyboard. I contacted Back Market immediately assuming it just had missed being packed in the box and would be shipped out immediately. I was told by the customer service rep that they would reach out to the seller. They came back saying that the seller would not rectify the mistake! They refused to ship me the res...
