I'm very happy with my BackMarket experience. Bought a used Galaxy A14 5G for my grandson and it's just as advertised. Works very well and looks new. I'll probably buy my next phone from them as well.

Everything was as expected, but the picture of the watch apparently shows the Ocean Band. The title does say Sport Band, but not being familiar with Apple watches and their bands, I was a little disappointed that the band was not as the picture shown.

Easy to order and fast delivery. This is the 4th phone I have ordered from BackMarket and they never disappoint. I ordered a iPhone 14 Plus in excellent condition, everything works great and battery life is great. 4 stars because there is a small scratch on the screen which shouldn’t be there because I ordered EXCELLENT, but it’s not visible when the screen is on and once I put a screen protector on.

The physical appearance of the phone is excellent. The transfer process went well. There does , however appear to be an issue with the screen flickering into a pink/blue pattern every few minutes. If this continues, I will reluctantly have to return the phone. Other than that issue, I am extremely pleased with the look and condition of the unit. The battery came in at 86% at which is certainly satisfactory, but the flickering screen has me concerned.

This watch is great everything you need is available to this model. To each his own if you’re one of those people who have to have the newest watch every year then so be it. As stated earlier this watch checks all the boxes

This watch came looking brand new. No issues, connects immediately and works perfectly. My husband now wants a watch, which he refused previously, thinking it would come looking "nasty". He's impressed and so am I! We are buying another watch now.

Overall, Black Market is great! They're customer service is impeccable. I ordered a Pixel 6 in "good" condition, it was not to have any scratches on the screen. When it arrived it very clearly had scratches on the screen. Not bad enough that I wanted to return it, but felt I should have been charged the "fair" price instead. Contacted customer service, they asked for a photo. Sent them a photo and they gave me a $40 refund! Much more than I expected. Props to them for making the mistake right. Phone works great and I'm super happy with the purchase and experience.

Update to my issue: The seller has refused to repair the phone. I only had the $350 phone for two weeks. It keeps restarting on its own. Neither the seller nor backmarket is willing to help me. I was at least expecting them to say I would have to pay for the repair but that wasn't even an option. Unfortunately having issues with the phone, but on the plus side both BackMarket and the Seller are working with me to solve the issue. As it is not resolved yet I can't say anything further at this time. Except the value of the phone is great and the phone was delivered as promised. Thank you. No accessories were included.
