Exactly as advertised.

I purchased this phone. When I received it I plugged it up thinking it needed to be charged. After several hours it never came on. I then emailed the seller. Was advised I would get a response in 1 business day. 1 week went by and still no response. I emailed everyday asking for some type of resolution for a phone that doesn't work. Never again will I do business with a company that doesn't respond back. The was a Christmas gift that my child never got.
