Surface book 2 had “rust” style stains in the folds of the bend where screen meet base. Scratch on outside of that same part. There was a silver “metallic” skin on the laptop so I don’t truly know what it’s like under BUT BIG BUT it is in very good condition! Fast delivery. I was so afraid like many of you will be… I am a real person, not paid and purchased this for my father’s bday. He is estatic! Happy 69th pops!

Specs exactly as described. The screen looked brand new, which I was worried about as I've never bought refurbished before. But I'm super happy with this order, thank you!

Would have been better if the charger had been properly sized to charge the tablet. The specs call for a 65Watt unit, but was shipped with a 30Watt unit. I called BM tech support and was told I could purchase a local replacement and submit the receipt for a refund. This turned out to be false advice. The seller did eventually send me a Chinese knock-off charger a week later, but never reached out to tell me. By then I had already bought a new one locally. I'm out $97 for the charger, so not quite the bargan I thought it was going to be.

Order arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately received the wrong item but was able to easily return it with zero issues.
