The delivery came in early than expected. When I first opened my package, the laptop was true to its description of being in good condition and very well packaged for my first order. When I also turned It on work perfectly like a new laptop. Definitely would purchase another device here soon again. I didn’t expect a dell charger to come with it though. But overall satisfied :)

A priori, fiquei desconfiado em comprar o MacBook, mas depois que recebi, vi que valeu a pena a compra. MacBook semi novo, bom para uso doméstico. Comprarei mais outras vezes.

The specs stated on the webpage for this item say "3840 x 2160" aka 4k display paired w a nvidia p520 GPU, I received a 1080p display w standard Intel graphics.... Not to mention the 16GB of ram acting being 8GB. That is far from what I ordered, the device also came w two feature that were not suppose to be on the laptop according to the spec list, fingerprint reader and backlit keyboard. my order felt so far off I didn't understand how these could be confused for each other.

Worst service ever received. I purchased (2) 2017 MacBook Pro 13 inch and they came with dell chargers. When I contacted backmarket they informed me that the chargers are compatible. How in God’s name you could sell MacBooks with incompatible dell chargers and informing me that it will work. Please don’t buy the they providing incompatible accessories and the after sale service is shit.
