I've had Samsung Galaxy Tablets before, but this was a pleasant surprise. Slimmer than I remember previous tablets, and easy to handle. Still getting the hang of the stylus (another "first" for me), but all in all, a great device.

The iPad came in mind condition and operates beautifully as well. Very glad I got it. I like this website and will be shopping Back Market again for sure. Great job guys. Thank you.

10/10 purchase. I bought it for school and it works like new, and has literally no imperfections. Battery life is great and it is in perfect aesthetic condition. Highly recommend.

The look of the tablet is great as well as the quality of it. Back Market does a great job with the folks they work with to refurbish the products they sell.

I am really enjoying the MacBook I got and as requested it is in Excellent condition. I was skeptical at first but I will be purchasing more tech from Back Market after seeing how well this purchase went.

Great Ipad, A pleasure to use. It's really a fabulous design. I had one before, but it was a mini Ipad. The larger screen is way, way, better. Nothing to add except: this was a great deal, a bargain.

I purchased this phone for my child. Phone arrived in a bubble wrap package. I opened it and hit the power on button and the screen was black. I emailed support and they sent me a return label with in minutes. Sent back to company purchased from for repair, they couldn’t fix it and processed a return on my payment. Haven’t received it yet but still have a few days more to wait

I am a senior citizen and found them very helpful and easy to use. Service was fast. Keep up the good work.
