Received the MacBook promptly, it was sent with very good protection surrounding it. The MacBook was described as being in “Good” condition, bet it actually could be described as “Excellent”. There are not any visible signs of use. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service I’ve had.

I had a great experience. This was my first time purchasing from Back Market and I am very happy with the MacBook Pro. Thank you, having this option for purchasing computer equipment is a life changer!

Processing and shipping was super fast. I got my computer in four days. On visual inspection of this 2018 Mac Mini, (sold by DMD Systems) I am amazed about the deal I got! “Fair” Condition is an understatement. There are minor dings and scrapes that are barely noticeable the computer fired right up and connected to my dual monitors. Unfortunately, I cannot set it up yet because I need a wired keyboard and mouse. The only downside was that the power cable it came with was way too short. Fortunately, I have an old Bose Soundsystem that’s on the floor that has the same cable but longer. Swap those cables and all is well. I’ll Performance review if I am able to after this… Thanks again for such a wonderful Sale!

My iPhone 13 arrived in great condition. It is indistinguishable from new - not a mark, nick or scratch on it. I did spend the extra money to get the "Excellent" quality level, and I was not disappointed! The phone works as new as well, and the battery life shows that it is at 99%, so I would say my phone is essentially new. Going from a Pixel phone to an iPhone is a great step up in usability, ease of operation, and quality. Overall, I am pleased with my Back Market purchase (which was about half of the cost of new).

This Macbook has worked perfectly! I've been using it for almost a year now, and I have no complaints. So thankful I could save money by buying refurbished.

It was a brand-new machine and in really good condition. 99% battery health with only 33 cycles, satisfied with my purchase. The screen was not cleaned properly when I received it but with a microfiber cloth I was able to get it like new.

So far, so good! The laptop arrived safely even without it's original box & was well-packaged, tucked inside an air-cushion. I was surprised by the amount of empty space in the box (the protected laptop could still slide around) but that didn't damage it any. I purchased the "Excellent" tier & the screen arrived dirty (some liquid splotches) & the entire machine was kinda dusty, but nothing a little TLC and compressed air couldn't take care of. An M1 Max with less than 30 power cycles & with AppleCare+ thru 12/2025? It must have been originally purchased in 12/2022 shortly before the release of the M2 Max. Super satisfied. 2nd purchase thru Backmarket. Love these guys.

Came fast, well packaged, and computer is in excellent working order. Only complaint is that the power cord is frayed like it has been pulled out where it connects to the main charger...will have to spend another $22 to $35 to replace this charger.

This laptop is great! I don't know why it was listed as only "Good" as it is excellent! The only way I can tell it's a refurb is the shadow of a sticker on the lid. Setup and data transfers were smooth, and everything I've tried works flawlessly. Will definitely purchase from DMD again.
