    The MacBook Pro was in nearly pristine condition, the only thing that I would say that made me say "nearly" is that you can see some barely visable usage on the track pad and the battery was at 94% capacity. However, this is my third order from BackMarket of Mac's in "Excellent" condition and I have not been disappointed whatsoever. I intend to remain a customer of BackMarket because the quality and value are unbeatable.

    Absolutely amazing! I got it in "Good" condition but honestly it looks and feels brand new. Aside from 2 teeny tiny scratches on the back of the laptop, which don't impact performance or screen display at all. Laptop arrived clean and fully charged as well. Would 100% purchase again! Great quality for a refurbished laptop.

    The shipping was very quick - I got it before the promised delivery date. The packaging was great, but here's the best part of it all: it was so easy to unpack! LOL, that's usually not the case on items like a big, 27" iMac. This company has figured out a very compact and efficient way to package these computers where they will not get damaged, but are unbelievably easy to take out, plug the accessories in, and turn on and start setting up. The iMac was in perfect shape - not a single blemish on the screen, the chasis, the keyboard or the magic mouse. It was definitely factory reset and once I logged in, it downloaded my backup data from my previous iMac computer. The process was so easy and I love my new machine! Thoroughly recommend. The price was great and the quality was better than expected.

    In all honesty, my expectations were pretty low when I hit the order button. Refurbished products normally don’t impress me. I was surprised at how fast it got a tracking number and was shipped. It arrived and I opened it expecting some flaws and couldn’t find any! It looked pretty much brand new. Step one passed. I turned it on and was please to see the screen come up in all its brilliance. Took it home and connected to my WiFi and it was all good. If you’re on the fence about purchasing from Backmarket, try it, you’ll probably be as surprised as I was.
