In all honesty, my expectations were pretty low when I hit the order button. Refurbished products normally don’t impress me. I was surprised at how fast it got a tracking number and was shipped. It arrived and I opened it expecting some flaws and couldn’t find any! It looked pretty much brand new. Step one passed. I turned it on and was please to see the screen come up in all its brilliance. Took it home and connected to my WiFi and it was all good. If you’re on the fence about purchasing from Backmarket, try it, you’ll probably be as surprised as I was. Love blackmarket. Great place to buy stuff from. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase from them. Once again my iMac showed up in a nicely packed box. It was just as described in condition. Fired it up and voila its like a new unit! I also love that when trying to decide which unit is right for you they have the helpful comparisons avail to you. do not walk RUN. i’m not even lying when i say this is the best purchase i made. i chose to get it in “good” condition and it literally perfect. minor scratches everything is intact and it runs fast. i was scared at first based of reviews but nah its so worth it!

The iPhone 12 was great awesome battery like and was pretty much flawless. With my 5 teenagers in the house who all want phones this is a great option cheaper than new but still great. Customer service is great if you have any issues and the resolve then quickly. If you are in the market for a good used phone this company is where to go. Thanks again repeat customer.

Got it in good condition and I would say it fair there holes in it the screen is a little bent yes I understand it’s refurbished and I got it in good condition but I do not believe I was sent a good MacBook Pro 2020m1 scratch’s all over to I would look at buying from other websites first not happy with the purchase unfortunately and I mean I never leave a review ever but here we are and dins all the way up and down the side ? Don’t understand most of not cared when sending it to me and definitely got a fair one look before you buy or if it’s you get lucky if they send a good one or not
