I think your rating system is accurate, and that's appreciated. The laptop is in true 'good' condition, it's decent, it's not a beater. The case only has a couple very subtle blemishes; the screen is perfect. The only issue is the keyboard is a litle sticky.

I was skeptical about using this website at first, but I’m so glad I purchased an iPad from here. After reading the reviews on the website and doing some research, I went ahead and bought an iPad. I was expecting more damage from a “good” condition product, but surprisingly, I barely have any cosmetic damage to my iPad. In fact, there’s maybe one scratch on the back that’s remotely noticeable. The screen, battery and everything else is great. In the picture I attached, I’m running a game (called “pokemon champions”) that can easily lag and freeze on some devices (according to its reviews) but it runs just fine on my iPad. I hope that helps give you some insight on the quality of the product I got from here!!

The MacBook Pro was in nearly pristine condition, the only thing that I would say that made me say "nearly" is that you can see some barely visable usage on the track pad and the battery was at 94% capacity. However, this is my third order from BackMarket of Mac's in "Excellent" condition and I have not been disappointed whatsoever. I intend to remain a customer of BackMarket because the quality and value are unbeatable.

Shipping was much faster than expected. Everything was packed perfectly with inflated bubble-wrap. The iMac had a few minor cosmetic flaws but nothing terrible. The condition description was honest and labeled as "Fair", but I would rate it above that. The screen condition is perfect and the computer seems to be working flawlessly. So far, I am very satisfied. I researched similar, pre-owned iMacs and Black Market beat them on price, shipping costs, and warranty. Hopefully it will hold up for me and I will get the support needed, if applicable. If so, I would purchase from Black Market again, for sure.

Real excellent condition for an M1 Macbook Pro in 2026. Battery health was at 97%, with only 47 cycles when I got it. Almost no scratches, looks like new if you don't try hard to look for defects. Performance is crazy for a laptop from 2021. Maybe I was lucky, but I'm happy, the last user of this laptop treated it so fine that it seems like new if you see it.

Absolutely amazing! I got it in "Good" condition but honestly it looks and feels brand new. Aside from 2 teeny tiny scratches on the back of the laptop, which don't impact performance or screen display at all. Laptop arrived clean and fully charged as well. Would 100% purchase again! Great quality for a refurbished laptop.
