First, I received my laptop earlier than scheduled which is always nice. Secondly, I ordered a Refurbished "Excellent" condition laptop. I was very pleased when I opened the box. The laptop looks brand new, no visual scuffs or abrasions. It indeed looks NEW. Startup was smooth and it has been operating beautifully since the day I received it. I would recommend Back Market and would return for another purchase in the future. Thanks for the excellent service and product!

Upon ordering this phone, I was initially skeptical about its delivery. Much to my amazement, it arrived in immaculate condition, despite being refurbished. I wholeheartedly suggest buying this phone.

I ordered iphone 12 in good condition but the best ph i received with excellant condition n very reasonable price. no scratches or any marks. it has a 96% batery and new just like a open box piece... thank you back market

So far so good, I ordered a good iPhone 11 and it came practically perfect! I was pretty sketched out considering it’s a refurbished phone, but no complaints so far!

Arrived quickly. I bought these Beats because all of the other in-ear devices fall out of my ears. These with the ear hooks seem very secure. The earphones look new and came in original packaging with case and different ear tips. The outer box looks a little shopworn , but otherwise like new. I am an old lady who listens to Enya and Yanni at a reasonable volume, so I can’t comment on anything technical. My stuff sounds way better on the Beats than anything else I have used. A big plus is that the earphones stay in/on my ears and I won’t loose them. I plan to use the earphones mostly while traveling on airplanes.

I received the device and got to try everything out and it works perfectly. I’m very thankful that Backmarket sent it over faster than I expected as I needed to travel internationally. Buy confidently ! 5 Stars

Is my first time buying something from Back Market and I love my product, the battery is so good and the earphones are in a good quality. Honestly I just decided to buy because a friend recommended me and I’m so happy in have done it.

i was blown away. paid only around 2/3 of market price and got it in “good” condition. battery came at 100% and there are 2 minor scratches on the back glass. the screen back and cameras were otherwise flawless and i’m in LOVE with this phone. i recommend

Couldn’t be happier with this company. I’ve bought 2 phones for myself and 2 phones for kids now thru you guys and I won’t buy a used phone anywhere else.
