Had an expert who is a friend thoroughly examine it and it is basically a new phone. All original parts with exception of the back cover to protect battery. He said it was the most gorgeous phone he has held and examined all 2024 probably. 10 gold stars out of 10.

This was my 2nd attempt on ordering an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The last order had to be sent back due to be sent a pro instead of Pro Max. I read tons of reviews where other customers were blown away and amazed with the phones they received. I felt well maybe it's my turn to be wowed and so I pulled the trigger after making my selection. Fir me, anything that could go wrong usually does when ordering from anywhere. I selected 512GB in Good condition, hoping I'd get Excellent, with no or few scratches. I was blown away with my device that also came ahead of schedule. I got an iPhone 13 ProMax, not only in perfect condition, with a minor ding on the corner, (which didn't matter cause I'm keep mine inside cases at all times), but with also 1TB of storage. This dealer SOLIDIFIED my faith in Back Market for refurbished products. If at all possible, I will be using them again and again with future orders. I've had no single issue, nor complaint on this order. I even got the full value quoted on my iPhone that I sold to Back Market a couple weeks prior. Thank you again Back Market and keep up the outstanding work that you and your dealers are doing.

Well… it has been the best experience on a refurbished device i ever had the battery came at 100% the device is flawless not even a scratch or a sign of usage, if somebody toldme it was new i will take it for granted, the porcess of the purchase was real fast and even when it says 5 days delivery it was delivered in 2 days due to the good logistics in the backmarket app, also the post sale service is awesome i will buy again as soon as i get paid. Way better than I expected! Cosmetic condition was very good: The description of the minor flaws were honest and quite conservative. The battery Lifetime condition was 91% by the phone's self report. The back and all the sides and edges were pristine. The screen scratches which were in the description are very minor and will be invisible once I apply a screen protector. Delivery was the promised 2 days despite the storm system the region experienced. I have already recommended you guy to several friends who are looking for a new (to them) upgrade. They were wowed by my phone. I do not make recommendations lightly. When the time comes for me to upgrade, I'll definitely have you guys at the top of my speed dial. Thanks a million Back Market!

The phone is great truly a iPhone 8 Plus with 256 GBS. 😝On the screen there are no scratches visible unless you put a flash light on it, no chips on the side. There are no scratches or cracks on the back housing but a minor chip at the top right I believe. Other than the phone moves well and is great so far. The packaging was really nice the phone was well protected, and they gave me a nice charger with a warranty deal I haven’t checked out yet. It has a 86% battery capacity, which is great because I can hold off on getting the battery replacement I was originally going to get right away. A few months from now I will replace the housing because I originally want the Product Red but it was too much I waited too late. Very happy with my cellphone wanted it for a long time. I plan to shop with back market again, for future electronics but not cellphones this thing will last me years!

Fourth phone purchase from Back Market. Had to send the third one back because I ordered the wrong size, needed the max but didn't realize it. Return and refund no problem, paid a bit more for the larger size but what a great value. Cheery emails and the we got your back attitude speaks highly to me. The phone is beautiful. Pretty sure I paid for excellent condition which is my first choice and this phone does not disappoint.

The s10+ I recieved (very quickly) looks and performs flawlessly. The "Excellent" of the phone arrived with an unblemished screen and fully functional. The battery is great and the only "flaw" I could see is the tiniest light scratch on the back glass. 10/10, I would (and will) come to back market for any further phone upgrades!

The phone was in perfect condition!! It was a gift for my daughters 10th birthday so I didn’t want to spend over a 1k for a phone but this is all she wanted asking for a full year before she got it. Teal/Light blue are her fav. color and she really wanted the blue iPhone but they are really hard to find and not cheap. I was so thankful to find this phone in perfect working order, no scratches or any blemishes, and in the blue color she wanted. The best part is……it was like $260 plus tax. I received it within 3 days and was sent shipping info immediately. I would recommend this company over buying a new phone any day.
