Well… it has been the best experience on a refurbished device i ever had the battery came at 100% the device is flawless not even a scratch or a sign of usage, if somebody toldme it was new i will take it for granted, the porcess of the purchase was real fast and even when it says 5 days delivery it was delivered in 2 days due to the good logistics in the backmarket app, also the post sale service is awesome i will buy again as soon as i get paid. Thank you guys

We've shopped Backmarket for ~5 years now. Several years ago, Backmarket refurbished products were near immaculate, even when choosing the 'good' condition. Our 2023 purchase was not that; there were a couple of chips in the screen and the bezel had a gouge among other expected blemishes. Prices are higher than they were a couple years ago even though we bought another Samsung Galaxy S10. All in all, will probably shop Backmarket again, but we could've gotten the old S10 phone fixed locally for less and recieved the same quality.

Love the phone and the price was very reasonable. The battery life isn’t the greatest which is expected since it’s a refurbished phone. The phone is in good shape though with very little scratches. I will definitely buy from back market again in the future.

The phone was giving me trouble with some letters and/or numbers on the onscreen keypad, but after a total factory reset it seems to be ok. Recommend to anyone purchasing a used phone to do a total reset.

I am satisfied about the condition of the phone! Unfortunately the charging cable provided with was broken. In my personal opinion I rather pay few dollar less and not have a low quality cable and charger provided with the phone.

I'm of the age when way back many households lacked even a home phone. Smart phones were science fiction. So for me - even now - such phones are amazing. It took me a while to even think about getting one - turned out to be a 7+ very convenient once figured out. Back market eased me into a replacement and I settled on a 14. The process was low key, comfortable and very informative - I was not in any way "threatened" by this much newer model. Back Market did a terrific job. Regarding the phone itself - well that took some getting used to but Back Market had prepared me thanks to various articles and information. Great company and service

Gratitude for this phone. I bought two "excellent condition" phones and they both really arrived in excellent condition. I feel good about both the phones and the buying experience. Everything exceeded expectations. The service is fast and the delivery of the phones was fast also. I now know this is a solid, trustworthy, and reliable resource for electronics.
