Had an expert who is a friend thoroughly examine it and it is basically a new phone. All original parts with exception of the back cover to protect battery. He said it was the most gorgeous phone he has held and examined all 2024 probably. 10 gold stars out of 10.

Well… it has been the best experience on a refurbished device i ever had the battery came at 100% the device is flawless not even a scratch or a sign of usage, if somebody toldme it was new i will take it for granted, the porcess of the purchase was real fast and even when it says 5 days delivery it was delivered in 2 days due to the good logistics in the backmarket app, also the post sale service is awesome i will buy again as soon as i get paid. This was my 2nd attempt on ordering an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The last order had to be sent back due to be sent a pro instead of Pro Max. I read tons of reviews where other customers were blown away and amazed with the phones they received. I felt well maybe it's my turn to be wowed and so I pulled the trigger after making my selection. Fir me, anything that could go wrong usually does when ordering from anywhere. I selected 512GB in Good condition, hoping I'd get Excellent, with no or few scratches. I was blown away with my device that also came ahead of schedule. I got an iPhone 13 ProMax, not only in perfect condition, with a minor ding on the corner, (which didn't matter cause I'm keep mine inside cases at all times), but with also 1TB of storage. This dealer SOLIDIFIED my faith in Back Market for refurbished products. If at all possible, I will be using them again and again with future orders. I've had no single issue, nor complaint on this order. I even got the full value quoted on my iPhone that I sold to Back Market a couple weeks prior. Thank you again Back Market and keep up the outstanding work that you and your dealers are doing.

Always a great experience when purchasing or selling to Backmarket. Over the last few tears ive purchased 1 android, 1 iphone and 1 ipad. All have performed flawlessly! Its safe to say im a lifetime customer of Backmarket.

The IPhone that I bought for my husband is perfect. The condition is better than described and the battery is in excellent condition. We saved so much money and he is so pleased with the phone. I do not plan to buy a new phone next time I need one. Instead, I will shop at Black Market. I also plan more shopping at Black Market. Very good prices and excellent service.

The phone was giving me trouble with some letters and/or numbers on the onscreen keypad, but after a total factory reset it seems to be ok. Recommend to anyone purchasing a used phone to do a total reset.

I thought that the phone was in excellent condition. There was literally no scratches or anything on the back and there were none on the screen. I will definitely recommend back market and shop with you again

I'm of the age when way back many households lacked even a home phone. Smart phones were science fiction. So for me - even now - such phones are amazing. It took me a while to even think about getting one - turned out to be a 7+ very convenient once figured out. Back market eased me into a replacement and I settled on a 14. The process was low key, comfortable and very informative - I was not in any way "threatened" by this much newer model. Back Market did a terrific job. Regarding the phone itself - well that took some getting used to but Back Market had prepared me thanks to various articles and information. Great company and service
