FILTHY EAR PHONES - Long time customer who is now DONE WITH BACK MARKET!. Ordered 'Excellent' level galaxy pro ear phones that are advertised as 'like new' and professionally 'cleaned'... they came coated in EAR WAX and lint... I asked for a partial refund to the 'fair' price (they were not delivered in EXCELLENT condition after all) and I was told no... I should just return them... As a loyal customer who has bought 4 phones and a few ear phones I have to say I am very disappointed with the quality of product and the customer service - so I am fine with Back Market

This is the second Zenbook I've purchased in the last month that didn't have wifi!!! I sent back the first one to get fixed and it couldn't be fixed. Ok, that's fine. Stuff happens. So i received a refund. Thank you. Then I purchased this Zenbook because i really like the Zenbook. AND THIS ONE DOES NOT HAVE WIFI EITHER! Should I even bother trying again?! Or should I go somewhere else?
