Im loving my phone so far. I got it in used condition and it looks brand new. no complaints at all with anything, including storage, data, etc!! I've been buying iPhones from back market since 2021. I have 3 girls and they want upgraded phones yearly. Trusted company and I stand 100% behind my review and with the company.

I received the unlocked iPhone 14. It is in really good condition. I had my cellular carrier to add it to my number, then I purchased a case and screen protector. I am very satisfied with my iPhone 14 purchase and will recommend purchasing from BackMarket to others.

I could not be happier switching from a Galaxy phone to a furbished, unlocked iPhone. The ease of the sale only matches the ease of use of the iPhone. Transferring the data and music from an old iPhone 7 that I had not used in over a year to the iPhone 13 was so easy even I mastered it at 84 years old. All I did was take the SIM card from the Galaxy and place it in the iPhone, and it came to life.

It's my Second time ordering refurbished and I'm happy with my purchase and experience! The phone exceeds expectations and so far no issues. Only had the "Display not recognised" message, but other than that its works immaculately. Tracking was easy to follow and it arrived on time

The phone is in pristine condition, with plenty of phone storage, and it is a great phone! This is my 3rd time purchasing my IPhones from Backmarket, and All three phones were awesome!! Easy transfer great upgrade for me to iPhone 14 and my trade in XR was accepted I recommend backmarket for good quality and environmental protection
