I ordered the refurbished Lenovo 100E Chromebook 2nd gen Ast from Firestar. It was listed in fair condition, shipped quickly and was in better than fair condition in my opinion. Problem was, the keyboard didn't work. I called Cliff from Beta Macs - the company known on backmarket as Firestar, and he was sO cool, he refunded me in moments. And rather than send me a return label, he told me to just keep it, no questions asked. And suggested I buy an external keyboard - which I did next day @ five below. Awesome service from both backmarket with refund posted in 2 days and Beta Macs for stellar and prompt service by Cliff, a real ace and helluva nice guy.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this refurb. I've had bad luck with refurbs purchased elsewhere in the past but everything I've tested on this unit works fine and it looks brand new. the only way you could tell it's a refurb is somebody dropped a couple of food crumbs in the keyboard. Easily fixed. 😅 I would definitely do business here again. Thank you!

This HP Elitebook is in awesome condition. The power supply cord was faulty however, I happened to have one that fit. I'm so thankful to Back market and everyone involved in their movement❣️

To replace my good old Chromie friend (Lenovo C330) I wanted a '14 inch touchscreen Chromebook so I can study my Japanese Kanji, ideally one with a back lit keyboard and 8GB of RAM. After searching around the web, this HP Chromebook X360 was the best deal on the market. She was in acceptable condition and the battery life gets the job done for an older laptop this powerful. I will be keeping her. I was not expecting the device to have a web cam but it indeed does have a front facing camera which works well. This is my third device from Back Market and they have once again exceeded my expectations.

Needed a travel computer that could handle large MS Office files and apps. Not my primary computer. This low cost "refurbished" computer really fits that need. Moving a lot of things I do to Apple products so limiting Android PC investments. This purchase has been great for me so far, but I haven't really challenged it yet. So far expect it will meet my challenges.

I love my new to me Chromebook! it definitely looks great and works very well. My only issue is the backlight in the keys stopped working. other than that... I'm happy!

Everything perfect - seller in Colorado sent a long at beautiful 65-watt power supply that I was not expecting: Bravo to them for that, as a similar device I had been using for a decade or more had only just failed a few days earlier - ! So that was perfect. And now about the Chromebook: I'm still trying to figure out why it was classed as only "Good" when it seems to me to be absolutely perfect. Looks and feels brand-new. Could not have asked for more - very happy with Back Market and its supplier.

I purchased my laptop in Good condition and it came in excellent condition. There isn’t a single scratch or ding and it performs flawlessly. I will definitely recommend and will continue to purchase from here in the future.

I'm happy to no longer be getting ominous popups telling me I'm using unsupported software. I still don't have Chrome navigation in my body memory, so I continue to use Windows shortcuts like <alt><tab> to try to switch between recently used tabs. Since I use a Windows machine at work, I may never fully internalize what I should be using on this machine. I'm also looking for a way to connect my hearing aids to the audio from this. They require Bluetooth Low Energy, and the Chromebook transmits regular Bluetooth. I thought that any adapter would solve that problem, but what I read (and heard yesterday at Office Depot) suggests otherwise.

The package came fast, it had minor scratches (I was expecting worse so thats good that it only came with minor scratches). I ordered on the 26th of June and it cane the 28th of June. All the plugs work no problems (yet). It reminds me of a school chrome book.
