Really happy with price and quality. My only complaint is there is a small notch over one of the ports that’s marked “X” with an arrow. Assuming that it’s showing that port didn’t work before it was refurbished. That’s my only qualm. Other than that everything is running properly.

the keys are kinda really stiff on use. it's fine tho. seems like it was refurbished well. 😁 some stray marks...like wax crayon, but is fine. other than that...it's fine. works as well as it should. ita as functional as it should be. I'm happy. 😄

To replace my good old Chromie friend (Lenovo C330) I wanted a '14 inch touchscreen Chromebook so I can study my Japanese Kanji, ideally one with a back lit keyboard and 8GB of RAM. After searching around the web, this HP Chromebook X360 was the best deal on the market. She was in acceptable condition and the battery life gets the job done for an older laptop this powerful. I will be keeping her. I was not expecting the device to have a web cam but it indeed does have a front facing camera which works well. This is my third device from Back Market and they have once again exceeded my expectations.

It’s a really beautiful laptop, I really love it. I’m just not satisfied with the battery health. But yea I get that it’s a refurbished device, but other from that I’m satisfied!

This Dell 7410 Chromebook turns out to be better than described. It was listed as "Good" & yet should have been described as "Excellent". It looks virtually unused. This ended up being the 2n1 aluminum bodied version. It has very nice build quality as expected for the original price-point. Just a note on set up for anyone that gets one of these as it is an Enterprise Chromebook, it wants to be set up with a company account. It gives an option to set it up as a personal device instead but after I clicked on that option, it would not let me choose a WIFI network to sign into. I ended up having to use a USB to Ethernet adapter & plugging it into my router to complete set up. So just a heads up on that detail. Now that it is up & running, everything onit is working great.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing a refurbished MacBook but I’m glad I did. I certainly saved myself a ton of money and I’m satisfied with what I got. I chose the “fair” condition and only thing I’ve noticed so far are a few scratches on the cover of the Mac, but so far, the computer is running smoothly and I love my purchase.

The Chromebook interior like the keyboard and screen and camera were all in perfect shape! Even for a fair device, it still works pretty well as I would expect it to be for a refurbished device! I would rate this a solid 10/10 to be honest, everything met my expectations and it was just a perfect Chromebook for my needs! I truly enjoyed it.

Back Market has never let me down! Always a great price, a great product, excellent customer service and super fast delivery. My refurbished Chromebook arrived looking brand new! I have purchased 3 phones, the Chromebook I am using to write this review with and will be purchasing another Chromebook for my husband. Happily recommend. 😁

I’m loving my MacBook, everything works very well. The only problem I’m having is the usb port to connect my phone and I’m going to assume it’s because I didn’t use an actual apple cable. Other than that, all is well, thank you so much for a great deal. I’ll keep you posted once I use the apple cord and let you know if it’s still glitching.
