I was a but skeptical about ordering from second-hand retailers initially but my first purchase here completely changed my opinion. I ordered an iPhone 12 of “Excellent” quality and it was nothing short of excellent. It delivered a day early in safe packaging. The phone itself appeared to be straight from the original box, with no previous owners. The battery health was at 100% and there was nothing indicating previous owners. I essentially saved $200 by purchasing from here instead of directly from Apple. It was definitely worth spending $50 more for the better quality than risking a more refurbished product, because the phone was basically new.

I ordered an iPhone XS 64gb, silver, unlocked, described in "very good" condition. The iphone was in extremely good condition! The iphone looks "like new", with only a tiny, very minor scratch on the camera bezel that is almost unnoticeable. I placed the order on a Wednesday and it was supposed to arrive the following Monday, well, it arrived on Friday in just three days!!! The iphone was bubble-wrapped and in a generic box with a generic cable. The transaction was extremely smooth and so far, the iphone is working perfectly fine (hope it stays like this, but if it does not, it has a two year warranty). I got my cell from GadgetGone and I would order from them again. Back Market kept track of the order and sent me constant updates via email. Honestly, I was reluctant and apprehensive, but my experience was very good and I recommend the site.

The phone I ordered arrived as promised (actually a day earlier than promised) and in the excellent condition the seller described. It really looks brand new and has 100% battery health! The pros [a two year full warranty (awesome). flawless appearance, a new USB charging cable (no other accessories as forewarned), unlocked] far outweigh the negatives for me [battery has 88% of its original capacity (as forewarned) and (being 6 yrs old technology) drains kind of fast imho (so I leave the phone in sleep mode, charging while I'm at home with it)]. I will be using my iphone mostly for the occasional call/text/photo when I'm not home, so it will meet my needs just fine. This is my first smartphone, and Apple's accessibility options help me cope with tremors (for example, using a stand alone keyboard to input information in a tiny window, such as for setting up my AT&T email account; the other option in the future might be acquiring a smartphone with a stylus).

About the iPhone 12, although I chose "Good" conditions, it seems like it is brand new ! The battery capacity is at 100%, there isn't any scratch and it works perfectly ! I have purchased from BackMarket before but it was for a pair of headphones the first time. This time, I had to replace my iPhone X and I selected the "Fair" option on here since it was more affordable. The phone I received had almost no scratches anywhere (back, screen, sides etc.) plus the battery works better than my previous one! I ordered mine on 12/14/21 and received it on 12/16/21 via express shipping which was an additional $30. Exactly what I ordered. Looks brand new and functions great. I took it to my cell phone provider and they had my data switched over and the phone up and running in no time at all at no extra cost to me. Saved hundreds of dollars by buying refurbished as I do not care about having the latest model out of the box. It is still a giant upgrade as I went from a 6s with 56mb to a X with 256mb of storage. This is our third phone to buy this way and we have not had issues with any of them. By the way, this phone came with a 24 month warranty on all parts for very minimal cost. Works out to about a $1 a month extra is all. I will buy again from this site when others in my family need a phone upgrade.

All points with Back Market are positive! The site allowed us to find the model, color, specs, and condition we wanted at a good value. Terms for returns were reasonable, and critical in our case - we wouldn't have made the purchase without this option. Communications including Notices on shipment and tracking were all meaningful. The product was in excellent condition - we wouldn't have known it wasn't new (except not in the original packaging, of course). We did decide to return it within the 30-day period due to a preferred product *just* having come available. The return was flawless - quick response from the vendor, all communications friendly and helpful, with Back Market checking on us all the while. I would definitely recommend buying from Back Market.

Excellent product with fast shipping. I was a little worried about ordering the product from a company that I hadn't heard from but, based on the reviews, I took a chance. Received the phone in about 3 days (over the weekend). Was afraid to open the package but when I did I discovered a phone that looked like it was brand new.
