We had to exchange the first device for another. Returns were easy and the seller issued a refund to purchase another device. Unfortunately, the iphone 7 model will not be supported anymore. Kind of a waste of time and money. the device itself had the standard occasional issues as a refurbished device would have;occasional glitching and non responsiveness (my other child had a brand new iPhone that also had these occasional issues so I'm not too terribly upset). Overall though, I'm happy with the purchase. I just wish we would have known sooner that Apple wasn't going to allow the 7 to be supported anymore. I will continue to use Back Market as they are doing their best to help out those who cannot afford to buy brand new devices every year. Thanks Back Market!!

I was a but skeptical about ordering from second-hand retailers initially but my first purchase here completely changed my opinion. I ordered an iPhone 12 of “Excellent” quality and it was nothing short of excellent. It delivered a day early in safe packaging. The phone itself appeared to be straight from the original box, with no previous owners. The battery health was at 100% and there was nothing indicating previous owners. I essentially saved $200 by purchasing from here instead of directly from Apple. It was definitely worth spending $50 more for the better quality than risking a more refurbished product, because the phone was basically new.

I love my iPhone 12 from backmarket! It is as good as brand new, no scratches on the screen or the back. Good phone, no regrets on buying refurbished and so glad to have the extra $ in my pocket instead at Apple!

I am rating a little over a year later and I have to say I am completely satisfied with my phone. I remember receiving my phone and it was beyond and better than what I expected. A year later and it is still running as good as new. I will continue to be making purchases from Backmarket.

The iPhone condition of the device I ordered was described as “very good,” the phone that was delivered to me was in excellent almost new condition. Phone has worked without a problem. I am very pleased with my purchase!

The product itself was in pristine condition. Unfortunately there was an AppleID account lockout so I could not set it to my own Apple ID. The refurbisher GadgetGone responded promptly to my claim in a timely manner and sent me a return label to print out. The refund was processed once they received the return shipment and I will be getting my money back at the speed of PayPal.

Loved my cell phone (iPhone XS Max in gold)! Easy purchase on a fun web site. Great phone…looked brand new, just not in original Apple packaging. Very easy set-up and in great working condition. Would definitely buy from again!
