    I was a but skeptical about ordering from second-hand retailers initially but my first purchase here completely changed my opinion. I ordered an iPhone 12 of “Excellent” quality and it was nothing short of excellent. It delivered a day early in safe packaging. The phone itself appeared to be straight from the original box, with no previous owners. The battery health was at 100% and there was nothing indicating previous owners. I essentially saved $200 by purchasing from here instead of directly from Apple. It was definitely worth spending $50 more for the better quality than risking a more refurbished product, because the phone was basically new.

    We had to exchange the first device for another. Returns were easy and the seller issued a refund to purchase another device. Unfortunately, the iphone 7 model will not be supported anymore. Kind of a waste of time and money. the device itself had the standard occasional issues as a refurbished device would have;occasional glitching and non responsiveness (my other child had a brand new iPhone that also had these occasional issues so I'm not too terribly upset). Overall though, I'm happy with the purchase. I just wish we would have known sooner that Apple wasn't going to allow the 7 to be supported anymore. I will continue to use Back Market as they are doing their best to help out those who cannot afford to buy brand new devices every year. Thanks Back Market!!

    Phone is on great condition. I bought the fair condition and it looks brand new. I wish the battery was better, but I think that's regardless of the phone being new vs refurbished. Otherwise, great phone. No bloat ware because all default apps are google apps.

    It's listed as "Fair" but I got "Excellence" instead. I can not see a single scratch and the Ipad worked like a champ. Back Market is addicted I will come back and buy more devices. Who ever invent this platform in the first place should be proud of themselves.
