    Console works great. I’ve had very few issues and ported games from other consoles run on it pretty well too. From how much it cost in comparison to the performance of the console (not even accounting for the environmental benefit from buying refurbished products) it’s just an overall great product.

    “Excellent” in terms of refurbishment grade is an understatement. This thing came in lookin brand spankin new! Controller is all good to go, haven’t had any problems like drift or deadzones, system is fast and had no connectivity problems. Very pleased.

    Ordered this OLED Switch in good condition expecting some scratches or wear. What we got was essentially a brand new Switch, the box it came in had more damage than anything else. I have used BackMarket for multiple refurbished products with 100% satisfactory! I will keep coming back and referring people here.

    Quality of the Switch itself was as expected. However, there was still a user logged in when I received the device. This wouldn't have been too big of a deal if it hadn't been a parental controlled user. I had to call Nintendo and get a Master Key to reset parental controls and delete the user, which was a bit of a pain but only took about 20 minutes. The HDMI cord that was sent stopped working after about a week. But the console, remotes, and case are all in great shape. No sticky keys or big scratches. Overall, I'm pleased!

    Package came in fair condition! And earlier than the original delivery date which was great, but did run into a slight issue with delivery. For my item I had to be home to sign for package which is hard with my work schedule.

    The delivery was a little later than expected, but otherwise everything was stellar. It came in the original box with contact information in the off chance there were extra problems in the future, and everything was neatly packaged.

    Worked perfectly, no issues at all. It even came in the original box, you couldn't even tell it wasn't brand new! It's been 6 months since I got it and there have been no issues whatsoever. Thanks, backmarket!

    Spent a little extra to get the excellent condition ps4 and glad I did. Back market is a great company and I have ordered from them 3 different times and will order again when I am in the market for more electronics!

    Perfect try not to wrry about shipping didn't give me a notification till literally day of shipment but who cares when you get it and its as advertised and 70$ less than retail good sh* yet again backmarket will be back

    The down side is the total cost wasn't that much less than buying a new unit. But so far this one has behaved like new. The delivery was as promised and the condition was as stated. As long as this console lasts, then it was a good deal. I'm still not convinced I shouldn't have spent less than $100 more and bought the security of new. But I have 2 phones from Back Market that were a reasonably good deal so I'm hopeful.
