One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

Downloading some games as we speak. So far so good. Haven’t had a gaming system since the OG Xbox which quit on me in ‘06 👀 Excited to see what this bad boy can do. Ordered the item and it arrived within a week. The XBox itself was in great condition as advertised, but the controller was more damaged than I anticipated. I contacted BackMarket and they immediately offered me a credit for the controller, so I could purchase a new one. Very pleased with the product and the customer service.

Was a gift for my nephew and the system runs fine but the controller that was included won’t charge for some reason so it basically has to stay plugged in at all times. Other than that it’s all good! :)

As usual, my order arrived days early. Although the Xbox console was pristine and in better condition than I had expected, the Xbox controller was a mess. The battery compartment was clogged with corrosion. It's of little consequence, though. I have other controllers. Overall, good job, BackMarket.

I’m so impressed with the condition of this switch! When it arrived it had some fingerprints but honestly looked brand new otherwise and had 0 problems with it at all. Now tempted to get a MacBook from here!
