Bought a switch off of BM to play Mario kart w friends and family. It arrived looking pretty much new. Works perfect. I’ll continue to use BM forever. I have bought several IPhones and and other Joycons from BM. I refuse to buy brand new, or used that have not been refurbed.

One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

Console works great. I’ve had very few issues and ported games from other consoles run on it pretty well too. From how much it cost in comparison to the performance of the console (not even accounting for the environmental benefit from buying refurbished products) it’s just an overall great product.

“Excellent” in terms of refurbishment grade is an understatement. This thing came in lookin brand spankin new! Controller is all good to go, haven’t had any problems like drift or deadzones, system is fast and had no connectivity problems. Very pleased.

The Nintendo Switch OLED arrived in pristine condition, if it were brand new instead of refurbished I would not have been able to tell the difference! Great experience so far, definitely worth the money.

Ordered this OLED Switch in good condition expecting some scratches or wear. What we got was essentially a brand new Switch, the box it came in had more damage than anything else. I have used BackMarket for multiple refurbished products with 100% satisfactory! I will keep coming back and referring people here.

works great, no cosmetic damage or issues with joysticks at all! got it for a decent price (149 usd or so) because of a coupon code! package was only shipped in a bag and a layer of bubble wrap though which was a bit concerning. very nice, will be buying from backmarket again if I need any other electronics! 👍

It works amazing!! 🤩 It is scratched and u can see it has gone through some things but it works great so that's the important part and also the controller. My HDMI cable that came in the box did not work it was glitching and not showing anything so I just went and bought a new one on Walmart IDK if it was my TV or something else but after getting new HDMI cable it worked great so far so good I love the name of this business it really is close to the black market so I told my little brother I was buying a PS4 from the black market 😂😂💀 The delivery was really fast and I love the way it was wrapped. The only thing is that it would be good to have directions on how to connect the stuff to your TV or PC cause I had to go on a witch hunt on the internet to connect it because I had never owned nothing like this!! but thank you!! I was so afraid it would not work or it would never arrive this app felt like too good to be true however it's true so yayyyyy 🥰

Downloading some games as we speak. So far so good. Haven’t had a gaming system since the OG Xbox which quit on me in ‘06 👀 Excited to see what this bad boy can do. Set up has been a breeze so far and the console doesn’t have any visible damage or problems and isn’t overheating or doing anything unsuspected in my first day of owning
