It works amazing!! 🤩 It is scratched and u can see it has gone through some things but it works great so that's the important part and also the controller. My HDMI cable that came in the box did not work it was glitching and not showing anything so I just went and bought a new one on Walmart IDK if it was my TV or something else but after getting new HDMI cable it worked great so far so good I love the name of this business it really is close to the black market so I told my little brother I was buying a PS4 from the black market 😂😂💀 The delivery was really fast and I love the way it was wrapped. The only thing is that it would be good to have directions on how to connect the stuff to your TV or PC cause I had to go on a witch hunt on the internet to connect it because I had never owned nothing like this!! but thank you!! I was so afraid it would not work or it would never arrive this app felt like too good to be true however it's true so yayyyyy 🥰

The product was exactly as advertised, the console looks and plays just like brand new. I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery, will definitely use this company for more electronic needs in the future.

Back Market was good as always. Great condition. Honestly, I’m a little surprised it was because the third party who packed up the refurbished Switch shipped it in a padded mailing envelope. No box, just bubble wrap and a bubble mailer.

I'm upgrading from a switch lite to the full switch with this purchase, so far I've got zero complaints. Everything came packaged well, docking station, joycons, HDMI cord, and charging cord. The initial charging cord that was sent did not work for some reason, but the seller was very quick about sending out a replacement.

The console itself is wonderful. It runs really well and I have experienced zero problems with it. The one minor thing I would like to mention is that the controller I received does not register inputs very well; particularly in the X button. Other than that, I am very satisified with the purchase, and will continue to buy from Back Market.

Bought a switch off of BM to play Mario kart w friends and family. It arrived looking pretty much new. Works perfect. I’ll continue to use BM forever. I have bought several IPhones and and other Joycons from BM. I refuse to buy brand new, or used that have not been refurbed.

the Xbox one s was not excellent condition it had a broken HDMI port and broken controller but customer service was amazing and refunded me the money it was a great experience they updated me every day

I have bought quite a few things on back market and I'm never disappointed. The ps5 didn't come in its orginal box, other than that everything is sleek, and perfect. appears to be running well. 1000 times faster than my ps4

The playstation was received in excellent condition with all accessories.It is working perfect till today.This is my 4th purchase from back market and i am totally satisfied with it.Also thanks to the sender who pack the PS4 very nicely.

Love my refurbished PS5! Works like new, but at a fraction of the price of a new console. Also my trade in for my PS4 took the actual cost down quite a bit, it's a win-win! Would recommend to anyone!
