Phone looked in great shape for however they advertised it. Looked almost brand new. Will try and update in few months. But for now, feel good about purchasing from they instead of Walmarts website with refurbished phone that I returned instantly.

shipping was fast no issues. So far the phone is good and came in great condition. Battery life is amazing but the camera is pretty good. Still learning the phone but happy with the purchase none the less :)

shipping was FAST! The phone actually came 1 day early. Phone was DOA from the factory, and refurbished. Phone was listed as "excellent" condition, and was received in excellent condition. This was my first purchase from Back Market, and as long as they keep coming in the condition I pay for, it won't be my last.

It is good! The only thing is it looks like the back was taken off to replace the battery and it isn't well sealed (I can see the adhesive coming undone already). It isn't a huge deal because I am putting a cover on it, but something to consider for the refurbished phone!

I was honestly pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, obviously there's a much greater risk than buying new (with the plus side of price). I was also scared of bot reviews boosting the stats. However, I am incredibly satisfied with my Pixel 7. I got the excellent option and both the screen and back were perfect. The battery life seems as good as new and everything else works perfectly. The only small complaint is there was a little bit of dirt around the camera, but I cleaned it up in 30 seconds. Always remember refurbished can be risky, but I am very satisfied.

I have purchased from BackMarket before (back in 2021) and loved my S9+! I recently decided to upgrade to the S21 and, of course, knew that BackMarket would be my best option! This time around I decided to go with the, "Good" condition option (went with "Excellent" for my S9+) and I'm honestly very, very pleased. There are a few scuff marks on the back of the phone, and there's a slight scratch on the screen, though neither are very noticeable! All in all, I would (and do!) - highly- recommend buying refurbished, and buying refurbished from BackMarket at that!

I was on the fence as to what to replace my Samsung Galaxy S8 that was causing me issues and I stumbled onto Back Market in my search. It was a blessing as I was able to get an ungraded phone with a price that I could handle. The purchase was easy and the shipping was as well.

amazing item. it arrived a day early, and on top of that, it was ordered in good condition, so i expected some scratches but there are ZERO visible signs of damage on the item. will be buying from this refurbisher again. 10/10

great phones, these guys are my go to for refurnished.. not saying yours will....be but ,everytime, i order refurbished phones... compared to other places, the screen- s are new and perfect.. or not with a single scratch...love back market - mike

Great phone, camera and the size is perfect. Better strange than my last phone, but didn't realize till after I bought it that it is 4G. But par for the course with this older phone. But still great features. Wrap around screen is gimmicky, but not a problem.
