Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! So glad I ordered from Give Back Wireless instead of Amazon or Apple refurbished. Phone works perfectly and was set at a very fair price. 10/10 would order again. I've been buying from BackMarket since 2022 and since that time I've bought phones, watches, and desktop computers all with mostly positive results. I say mostly positive because I once received a phone that through no fault of my own ended up shitting the bed. I never complained or did anything about it because I simply don't have the time or luxury to go through the return process and be without a phone for an extended period of time so I just lived with it. All that said... One's happiness and satisfaction on BackMarket depends entirely upon the research that you do on the seller you're thinking of buying from. If you don't do the research and just buy something based on the the attractive pricing, then you might end up very unsatisfied. You want to find a seller that's been doing business on BackMarket for at least a few years. Why? Because unbeknownst to the seller it's possible for them to have a lemon (even though the products supposedly go through a thorough inspection process). If they've been on BackMarket for a few years, that's enough time for them to sort out their process and build a good reputation despite the odd lemon or bad customer review. And speaking of ...

I just want to say , I was going to go a less expensive way for my young granddaughter who had just had her 4 months old tablet from Christmas break. This was the joy of my life to see her young 6 year old self , cry tears of joy and say how much she loves me her nana for giving her a ipad . She plays games on it and loves it to pieces

So happy with my purchase! I upgraded from my iPhone 7 only because of battery life, and I am definitely not disappointed. So nice to have a device that doesn’t lose charge within an hour. To preserve my new iPhone XR’s performance, I make sure to keep in within 80%-20% as much as possible. Back Market rocks!!!

The phone was as described. My SON loves it. Shipping was normal so it was OK but I am very happy with my purchase.

Phone showed up in fantastic condition, no scratches on the screen and only a small scuff on the case. The battery has 100% capacity remaining, and transferring my backup to it was seamless. Absolutely would recommend, and will definitely use again.

I bought this older model iPhone for one reason only--to connect by Bluetooth to our stereo system to play WQXR radio. It replaces an ancient iPhone 6, whose battery swelled (for a second time) to a truly grotesque degree, and was no longer safe. The "new" iPhone 6s's condition was supposed to be medium (or something). It looked absolutely new, at least in our case. It worked. It was cheaper than another solution. Service was great. Review is therefore "Awesome."

This is the second 12 Mini I bought from BackMarket. The first phone was tremendous until it escaped my pocket and slipped into a dumpster I was filling during a demolition weekend at our rental. It was a plucky little phone laughing at me all the way to the landfill where it could be seen on the Find My Iphone app. This one is no different. BackMarket shipped super fast and I was back up and communicating with the...like 2 or maybe 3 people who are willing to do so. Very pleased and have recommended BackMarket to everyone I know....all 3 of them.

bought fair condition, iPad working flawless. shipping a little slow but came from Cali to Mass. so ok I guess. very happy overall. very slightly marked on back and looks like it was scuffed by something plastic on the screen but not noticeable when using

A few dents on the back but it’s okay since I ordered the fair condition so it was expected. But the screen was like new no scratches and it’s functioning great right now battery is great as well definitely worth it!
