The phone had no scratches greatest phone out there but if you do buy phone off this app don’t expect to have your battery at 100% capacity but why expect that from a refurbished phone but 5 stars love it and no issues

I purchased the excellent quality refurbished iphone and I absolutely love it. If you hadn't told me that this was refurbished I wouldn't have noticed. It feels completely new to me and I don't even see minor scratches, it looks completely clean. Love it!

The Iphone13 pro is in really good condition. My only gripe was that the charging port should have been cleaned... I noticed it wouldn't charge with the standard cord, so upon checking, the port was full of dust/ pocket lint. I removed it carefully with a toothpick (there was a lot) & it's working now, but it should be cleaned when the phones are refurbished. Other than that, spectacular company & good experience. So happy to get a cheaper, high quality phone & help reduce carbon footprint in the process. :)

This phone quickly made me love the iPhone 12 pro max. It quickly became my favorite apple phone of all time. I received this phone in November & it was perfect until about May. In May, 7 months after receiving this phone, the battery health hit 70 percent. Since then, this phone does not work off of the charger. I have to use a portable charger in public at all times to be able to use my phone or else it shuts off. This phone was great for those 7 months, but now it is the bane of my existence. Will be getting my new phone, that I am unfortunately required to buy only 7 months after buying a phone, from elsewhere.

The phone is perfect. Is like i bought a new iphone 12 from Apple. I ordered the exclent Iphone 12, and is exactly what i got. It does not have a single scratch. The battery condition is at 100% (and i didnt ordered a new battery). The problem i had was with the delivery. This seller uses UPS and he does not deliver to PO BOX, so we had to change the delivery address when the package was already delivered and that was a headacke. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Ordered iPhone 12 Pro in 'excellent condition' and received one that is nearly brand new. Fair price and fast delivery. Love the new phone. I didn't realize I how badly my old Samsung needed replacing.

honestly was skeptical at first but my sister made a purchase of the iphone 12 and said everything came as expected. not a scratch nor crack in sight. started having problems w my iphone 11 So i purchased the iphone 13 pro unlocked and honestly one of my best investments. i got the excellent condition and that’s exactly how it came! i was able to set it up throw my sim card in and then a case. so if you’re skeptical lookin thru reviews rn.. BUY IT💯
