I couldn't be happier. Was hesitant ordering a refurbish, but wow. Machine looks and feels brand new. Came in manufacturer box, flawless, everything exactly as i ordered, was delivered right away. Back Market is clearly a premium service and i will definitely be coming back.

My ThinkPad has win10 and wasn't going to handle Win11, so I started shopping for new laptops but came across a MacBook Pro at a great price, ran it through ChatGPT to compare it to other Windows laptops, and the winner was clearly the MacBook Pro. It arrived quickly in great shape, and I'm loving using the Mac OS (it takes a little time to switch from PC to Mac), but its a great deal - great laptop - and I'm super happy.

This is my second or third phone, I also got an iPad from you, so I obviously love backmarket. All your products work and look great. Again I always purchase the excellent version, so idk if that has helped. But still, every product is great and works well. My new iPhone 15 looks new and lasts forever! I’m super happy! Will continue to buy phones from you in the future!

I'm very happy with my MacBook. Everything arrived as expected, the MacBook is in impeccable aesthetic condition, the battery has few cycles and is in good health, and the charger and cable were original and in excellent condition.

I ordered my Macbook Pro M2 16gb RAM good quality expecting there to be some noticeable issues, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it looked flawless! It took a little over a week to arrive, but I was perfectly fine with that. The battery is at 94% and it only has 33 cycles, which is extraordinary! This is one of the nicest purchases i’ve had.

ordered my macbook so I could experience mac os after 10 years of not touching it. arrived in perfect condition with 57 cycle count on the battery so almost brand new. inhale used it every single day and have now ordered 3 more items from backmarket.

Absolutely love it! My last MacBook Pro I purchased in 2012, had it customized how I wanted and it ran perfectly up until they said it was too old to update to the newest software. So a new one it was. This one has exceeded my expectations. Shipping was faster than expected. Looked brand new from the box, and functions perfectly. Happy I purchased from here.

My first order from Back Market was some airpods. Then figured i’d trust them with a new macbook since I was laid off and needed a new computer. Incredible experience both times.
