So far so good with my refurbished iPhone 12. It arrived in "excellent" condition and I am not expecting any problems. A great option for someone who can't afford a brand new phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 7! Easy process too.

My first purchase was a Galaxy S23 in "excellent" condition. Once received, the bottom of the screen was raised up and appeared to have been dropped at some point. The sound was extremely distorted. I contacted Back Market customer service and was immediately helped and a full refund was issued. I decided to give it another shot with the same model of phone but different distributor. This time, this phone is in "excellent" condition and so far, so good.

I Was Very skeptical about ordering refurbished devices but my son ordered me an iPad from back Market last year and I love it it works perfect no problems so I decided to order the Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus so I would see how well it works and give you a review later just received it today November 9th 2023 very fast order because I ordered it on November 6th and 2023 and it said it will be here on the 13th and I got notifications that it was going to be here on the 10th and then another notification that he was delivered at my house on today which is the 9th so I appreciate I really like the service I recommend it to everyone and thank you very good I would recommend you

Trading in my beat-up S21Ultra with damaged screen for this excellent condition replacement enabled me to, in turn, take advantage of trade-in promotion at Samsung Store. My old phone was worthless for trade-in otherwise. The refurbisher who purchased my trade-in tried to claim that it didn't take a charge... but with my photos in hand, the Backmarket staff swiftly dealt with that. Be sure to take photos of live phone, and of each stage of packaging, so that Backmarket is able to support you in case of dispute. Great customer service!

This is the 2nd phone I've purchased from Back Market and its great. refurbished but you can't even tell. I got a Galaxy S21+for $280 that's a great deal ! 10/10 would recommend. I tell everyone about it when they ask about my phone!

Everything was seemless. I'd never had a refurbished phone before, and I am so happy with my choice! There was only a minor dent near the cameras and no other scratches or scuffs, and that one is covered by the case anyway. The phone works brilliantly, and the actual purchasing process worked as it should. All in all, would 100% recommend.

This phone just arrived, It looks perfect, and so far it seems to be working very well. After just sending back a phone 2 weeks ago that didn't work upon arrival, I was refunded promptly and I decided to order another one. I am happy I did. This time I didn't have to spend much time setting it up. Everything went smoothly, transferred over, sim card works, speakers work, The phone looks like new. I will continue to order from Back Market again the next time I need a phone. You can wonder if you should try a refurbished phone, but as I said, I did get one that didn't hook up to the network, but I sent it back, no questions asked, and they sent me a very excellent phone right away! Glad they have a 30 day policy!

This phone is phenomenal,my first Note after many Galaxy phones. Perfectly described, beautiful & function like a new phone so far. This was my first refurbished phone & first time using Back Market. I'm very impressed with everything and will never buy new again.

Was delivered in timely manner and physically looks excellent. The characters on the right side of the screen repeat when typing as did my last refurbished phone. Assuming its a defect from an aftermarket display. Its too much of a pain to remove everything and return it. So, I'll just deal with it. Still a great deal.
