Delivery was quick and iPad came in perfect condition. Wanted to get something to start digital drawing and this was an amazing deal!

About what I expected, battery life is ok because I bought "Fair" quality, the only issues I had were the OS not booting correctly one time, but that was a simple fix, and the top keys (F1-F12) only do the functions of F1-12, not other things like mute audio, or change its volume or the brightness of the screen, but I'm sure I can poke around in settings to solve this, and there's ways to adjust the volume and brightness without the keys.

Everything seems to be working perfectly. It was delivered with care, set up was easy. Price was right.

The package was delivered to the correct address but the name on the package was not correct. I don't want to seem petty but I was not the one the package was supposed to be addressed to. The package was for my sister.

When I first booted it up, it was Windows 10. I was a little confused because the description said Windows 11. But as I was setting it up, it did give an option to upgrade to Win 11. The upgrade went fine, and the system is working fine. Activated and upgraded with no problem. It is fast, small and compact. A really nice system. I highly recommend.

I feel like I got a great deal. My laptop for school died and I needed a quick, affordable replacement. It was great to find pretty good specs and a durable model to boot, since I lug it around all the time. The size is convenient without feeling like it’s hard to use.
