I’m pleasantly surprised with my purchase. When ordering a refurbished phone, I was expecting there to be some wear or degrading of the battery life, especially since this is an older model. I was not expecting the phone to feel like brand new. There are virtually no signs of use, and the battery is surprisingly good. No regrets - would buy from Back Market again.

I’ve had this phone for not even 24 hours now n i love it lol! i ordered a black iphone 12 in fair condition and it seems like its in excellent condition. it was little specks of dirt that i wiped off but other than that it’s awesome. it came in 3 days, even a day early! the battery capacity is at 94 which is also awesome. it stays charged at least all day and i only have to put it on the charger once and thats before i go to bed. the charger has a shortage in it which is fine i can buy a new one. i havent linked a number to this phone yet so lets hope that works.

I recently bought an iPhone 12 64 GB premium condition. it said there was no signs of usage. it showed up a little dirty. with tiny little scratches. now I'm not trying to be all negative and shi but I paid more so it would seem brand new. but other than the scratches it actually showed a.99% battery health which is great basically brand new battery wise but I bought another phone from back market like two years ago and it had cellular issues so we'll see how this one does other than that I really can't complain too much it's pretty good. but again if your looking for a review to decide whether or not to buy remember it's a hit or miss with refurbished phones hope this helped!!

My verified reconditioned iPhone11 arrived promptly and is in excellent condition. Looks like a new phone. I've had it for a full week now and it has worked perfectly. It came with 97% battery health and holds a charge easily for more than a day despite heavy use by me. I have had other Back Market phones before and highly recommend them. Setup was easy as I paired it with my old iPhone.

I ordered a used iPad Pro because my screen had been cracked and the cost to fix it wasn't a whole lot less than upgrading a generation and doubling my the memory by getting a used unit. I had a problem with my order, in that the tablet screen had some damage that was missed when it was classified by the seller (G/ZMO). Greg was extremely responsive and helpful in getting it sorted out. It's been a long time since I have experienced customer service like that from a web-based business and I don't think I've been more impressed in a very, very long time. I was bothered that the initial unit was damaged, but the resolution could not have been more professional - they simply did the right thing, and did it it quickly. No doubt in my mind that when we have a need for used tech in the future, that I'll seek G/ZMO out again.

The iMac that I ordered was received as described in very good condition. The packaging was done professionally to keep the iMac from getting damaged. Initially, I had an issue with the hard drive. Contacted the seller the same day I received my iMac. He responded immediately the next day and offered a replacement with a prepaid label but I managed to take care of the issue myself eventually and there was no need for return or exchange.

I specified excellent condition and it looked like a brand new phone, not a single scratch anywhere, and the battery health was at 97%. It works perfectly. I was a little hesitant to buy refurbished but with 30 day money back guarantee and one year warranty (hard to find for refurbished) I figured I had nothing to lose.
