I was skeptical about purchasing a phone from an online vendor that I never heard of. I did a little research and took the plunge. The communication from BackMarket is stellar and top-notch. I knew what to expect every step of the way from order to shipping to delivery. They provided documentation on what to expect from a refurbished phone and I had none of those issues. The reseller that fulfilled the order for BackMarket absolutely sent this iPhone in excellent condition as advertised at a price more than 40% below numerous competitors, including Consumer Cellular, my cell phone carrier. I will refer others to BackMarket and I plan to purchase personal upgrades from them in the future.

This is my fourth time ordering from back market and I'm pleased as always!! I've bought two iPads and two phones from them now, one being an android. All devices have been amazing quality at an outstanding price. Super happy with the iPhone 12 pro. Just the right size, and in great condition. It's as if I'm buying brand new. I feel like I can practically buy these devices in bulk for all my needs. Ships super fast, comes with charger.

I have never bought a refurbished iPhone before. I was always scared when people said they were a good deal. I decided to buy my first one. A 128gb iPhone 14 in ''good'' condition. This is my first refurbished iPhone that I purchased from this website. I heard about Back Market from an YouTube ad and wanted to try it out. I got the iPhone 14 Plus in blue that’s in excellent condition. The shipping is fast and I would buy from them again.

I never used BackMarket before but I really needed a working phone so that I can be able to take pictures and stay in contact with my friends and family. I would definitely try to get another item from this place in the near future, especially for Christmas gifts.

i got this for my mom. she went from a 8+ to the 12, and absolutely loved it! finding the perfect balance between finding the right phone at the right price. transferring all her data and photos was amazing. i’ve bought a phone from a different company but back market definitely takes the cake.

I had some concerns initially because I was not familiar with Back Market, but this has been a great experience. The phone is in better condition than I expected, the price was fair, and the set up was super easy. I would recommend buying an iPhone through Back Market.

I have had the phone now for a few days. The battery life is really good the overall look and condition are better than expected and it came quickly. I thought the item would be shipped UPS so I gave my physical address and not my PO Box. The post office would have sent it back if I didn’t live in a small town where everyone knows everyone. I contacted customer service when I thought it was being returned and they were very friendly and helpful . After I picked up the package they reached out to check on me and was willing to start a return if I hadn’t got it.

Had a pleasant experience getting a used phone. Phone came as described, works perfectly fine. I ended up sending my old phone back for a trade in offer and they gave me what they said. Second time buying from back market, love it.
