Iphone 12 mini arrived safely packaged when promised. Case shows no sign of wear but screen does have a small scratch in the center of the screen that does not interfere with viewing. Phone had a new lense protector on it when arrived but it did not have any damage so it was put on after the original face was scratched. Phone was factory reset when it arrived and was able to charge and initialize with no problems and updated to latest ios at that time. Just recently updated to ios 17.2 with no problems or issues yet. Very pleased with the purchase so far.

I was skeptical about purchasing a phone from an online vendor that I never heard of. I did a little research and took the plunge. The communication from BackMarket is stellar and top-notch. I knew what to expect every step of the way from order to shipping to delivery. They provided documentation on what to expect from a refurbished phone and I had none of those issues. The reseller that fulfilled the order for BackMarket absolutely sent this iPhone in excellent condition as advertised at a price more than 40% below numerous competitors, including Consumer Cellular, my cell phone carrier. I will refer others to BackMarket and I plan to purchase personal upgrades from them in the future.

Had it for a year and still works great! I was worried about what exactly “fair” condition meant but it was a good deal enough to take the chance. There was some superficial scratches on the case but I can’t even remember where they are because case covers it

The phone came is really good shape. I ordered an iPad as well. For the phone I got excellent condition and the iPad is fair condition since I thought I would be using my phone well more than my iPad. I didn’t notice any scratches or cracks at all.

My phone was a little delayed on shipping, but got to me safe and sound. It's nice that they ensure it is signed for and don't just let the carrier leave it at the door. This is my first iPhone and I really enjoy it! It works great and as it should without any problems. It looks brand new and I honestly wouldn't know the difference between this phone and a brand new one. It functions perfectly! Happy with my purchase and would buy again from Back Market.

Had a pleasant experience getting a used phone. Phone came as described, works perfectly fine. I ended up sending my old phone back for a trade in offer and they gave me what they said. Second time buying from back market, love it.

This was the cheapest phone I could find anywhere and it’s great! I got the “fair” quality because it was cheap, and there’s a few tiny scratches on the screen that can’t be seen when the screen is on. This phone also came with a screen protector on, so there’s a chance they could just be on the screen protector. This phone was a much needed upgrade from my XR with a screen that was burning out. It works great! Everything runs so much faster, and the battery is so so much better. My XR needed to be charged twice a day, and this phone lasts a whole day with lots of use and only drops to about 60%. Other than the tiny scratches, this phone is brand new. I also got a nice discount ($120) for turning my old phone in, which I thought would be worthless. So glad I ordered my phone here!

Was clean and looked like new. No problem transferring from my existing Iphone14 Pro max which was too heavy and too large but my wife likes it as a replacement for her iphone11. Your techs said the iphone11 was locked to consumer celluar (cellular) which it was not so I declined their ridiculous offer of $50 instead of the promised $110.

My only gripe is the voice on the other side of calls isn't very loud. Not sure if 12 minis are default like that. My previous 2020 SE and iphone 11 seemed alot louder. Sometimes I would have to turn the volume down on those models. Aside, great purchase.
