Functions perfectly. Came undamaged and in an incredibly timely manner. Got it about 500 dollars cheaper than buying it from the Apple store and about 100 dollars cheaper than refurbished at Walmart.

I never heard of Back Market before, but came across some MacBook Pros meeting the specifications I was looking for on a Google search. I did some research on Black Market and came across mixed reviews. I ultimately decided to take the plunge, purchase the laptop, and trade in my other MacBook Pro. The laptop arrived quickly, and was in better condition than I was expecting. Almost appears new, minus a small dent on the front cover that otherwise doesn't affect the laptop in any way. Plus, I use a Spigen cover on my MacBook Pro to protect the chassis anyway, so you don't even notice it now. Battery life is better than I expected and there's really no other signs of use. All ports work, as do the speakers and camera. No missing pixels or damage to the screen or the Touch Bar. Keyboard looks great as well as the touchpad. I'm overall very pleased with my purchase. I traded in an M1 MacBook Pro for this one as I needed an Intel Chip to virtualize older Windows machines, and to me, this was an upgrade. As for the trade in, I did receive the full payment as originally estimated during my checkout, and I received the funds in my bank. Very impressed with the overall transaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for future equipment needs. Thank you!

I'm pleased with my 2019 MacBook Pro with 16 inch monitor. With the extra RAM and HD space, t's faster and more powerful than the previous 2023 model that I was loaned for work. The general condition iooks excellent too.

I'm not a fan of refurbished items, but my 14 year old MacBookAir needed a new battery. I spoke with a tech repair man who advised me to go to Back Market and buy a refurbished Mac. He advised that this company has never let him down. I'm an elderly lady and not tech savy at all. Their company made it easy to understand RAM's and the like. I know nothing about the workings of the hardware in a computer. This company, Back Market made it very easy for me to understand and to quickly purchase what I needed. The computer was shipped quickly and it was like brand new. It has been wonderful to work on. Thank you Back Market. I will use them again.

Thank you for adding the charger and the cable. I bought the same m1 MacBook Air from a seller on Amazon and they did not include a bigger charger only a small usb c brick meant for iPhone so thank you again for the bigger charger I appreciate that. The laptop quality is good as well thank!

The MacBook basically works like a brand new one. Plus, the scratches they said were going to be visibly present before I ordered it, aren't even noticeable. Buying this saved me a lot of money since I didn't have to buy a brand new one for over $1k.

The MacBook looks and works very well. The only issue is the battery. It doesn't hold a charge very long at all, so we have to always have it plugged in to work on it. This works for us most of the time, so not a huge issue, but I could see it being an issue if it were for a student or someone who needed to use it on the go without plug-ins available. Otherwise fabulous!

I was a little scared to buy a refurbished MacBook but when it came here it looked brand new and the battery life is great.

Ok so this MacBook is perfect it works great with sims and even the mods I’m in college so my school work is way more easier for me to do on here it only moves slow one time randomly but other than that it works great and moves fast when i first received it it was dead and i was nervous at first but once it turned out and made my cute wall screen i really fell in love and I will never go back to a window computer lol my only concern is the keyboard was dirty the lighting of it is very dim and the caps lock key is kinda iffy I have to press it price or tap hard on it sometimes for it to work but other than that I love it plus it’s refurbished good condition so I’d didn’t expect it to work brand new but definitely ship it out with a clean next time please cause I will be ordering my boyfriend one

Both devices were in perfect condition and work well. FedEx was terrible at delivery at no fault of the company who sent the devices, they should consider using UPS as an alternative. FedEx in my opinion always has driver issues.
