5/5I was skeptical about purchasing a used MacBook Air, but I needed something to take on the road with me and always wanted a apple laptop of some kind. I came back to the website several times before committing and purchasing this one. I had a hard time understanding how to get it going at first, and a few up the keys in the upper part of the keyboard where stiff and stuck, but overtime they have loosed up and this computer works fantastic! 5/5I got this Macbook Air for my wife and she loves it. Everything works great and the laptop looks great as well. Knowing it was not new, the only defects was a few scratches on the bottom (which aren't seen when using it). 4.8/5Totally happy. The computer arrived quickly and looks beautiful. There's one small smudge on the top but I never notice it, especially because I have the space gray so it doesn't really show up unless you know to look for it. Setting up was easy, and everything works smoothly. The display is great, the camera makes me look good on zoom. No complaints! 5/5This laptop came in great condition, it has some minor scratches on the bottom but those are honestly inevitable and doesn’t make this any less good of a product.
