    My gf bought me this same watch off of Amazon as a Christmas gift and it was also refurbished, sadly I only was able to use it for about a month before it started acting up, between not charging, not holding a charge for long, as well as other issues, until it finally died completely. I have since setup this watch and it looks, acts, and works like it's brand new which makes me quite happy. I will definitely be purchasing more products in the future

    My watch face have several scratches along the side. The battery only lasts a day at best. I thought the watch was going to be in excellent condition but it is not. I bought bumpers and screen protectors on-line waiting for them to come in. I should have waited to see if I would like the watch first. The battery is my main concern.. I have cut the display way back. Ran a diagnostic to see what is causing the issue and it came up clean. I am now wishing I had bought new.

    After waiting roughly 9 to 10 days for the headphones to be delivered - they finally arrived, but they didn't work. I tried charging them and tried to power them on to no avail. Needless to say I'm thoroughly annoyed and will certainly avoid purchasing from this seller again. I have purchased MANY items from Back Market and haven't had a problem with any device I have purchased until now. The same day that the Jaybirds were delivered I ended up having to order Beats Flex earphones, which arrived quicker and work perfectly.
