    So glad I got the iPod classic again. It was a great model, simple and easy. No issues with the order and the shipping was quick. The cord had a slight issue but they offer to replace it.

    This iPod classis is so fun. I love the scroll wheel and device size. It's nice having my music on a dedicated music device. My iPod came in great condition with all the important cables and a set of EarPods. I had some sync issues with the iPod and my MacBook Air M3. I guess newer versions of MacOS can cause sync problems, but I was able to work it out.

    I guess this is the only way to say "thank you" my original classic seized one day, and I visited the Apple Store to get a replacement literally one week later, Apple announced the end of iPod sales some time later, I thought I should get an iPod Touch for just-in-case, and so, back to the Apple store literally one week later, Apple announced the end of Touch sales I have been dreading the day when classic #2 kacked and I'd have to negotiate the Touch guess what place of business I walked past the other day that had a bus stop ad for Back Market on it? classic was delivered today. I am so very glad to be your client

    Device works great! It came with earbuds and a charging cable that were not authentic Apple, which I expected. But the earbuds are terrible quality and sounded like I was listening to music inside a plastic bag. I swapped out the earbuds and everything is fine.

    Actually, we were sent an iPod nano 4, although ordering a nano 2. Please know I did search for a way to contact you directly. The nano 4 seems like new! My husband had to get a new computer, so he has yet to try it. I will comment again once he has put it to use. Therefore, ignore the performance rating - I do not yet know. PS - we did pay the price for the nano 4 instead of the price for the nano 2, so no harm, no foul!

    I ordered an iPhone SE (2022)64GB Unlocked in excellent condition. I really think it is brand new, even looking at the charging port there are no scratches for charging phone. My experience was superb, my item came in the Original iPhone box which didn't look brand-new; only because the factory tape was slightly dirty, like it had been stored. The charging cable was still brand-new in original cardboard (USB-C to lightning), like me, I'm guessing the last owner was still using USB-A to lightning. The charger looked new, in plastic bag like an unboxing, but it was a USB-A, so I couldn't use the new cable with it, but that's okay, I have plenty other cables that need this charger, and eventually I will need to use the cable as it is the new standard. Also, included was the Apple EarPods that come standard with a new phone; these WERE BRAND-NEW in box. I had to remove the factory seal tab, (with green arrow) that holds the box together. Inside the Earbuds were for still in original cardboard with Apple pamphlet, again all brand new. A+ experience for better than 1/2 price of a new item, including 2-day shipping from seller (from Florida to the Mountain West). Great email updates from Back Market and of course, shipping tracking. I even got an email, on tips about how to setup the new phone. Outstanding! Would by again or consider other products in the future. Thank you to the Seller, and to Back Market.
