I'm absolutely loving this Macbook Pro this is the 2nd Macbook Pro I purchased from you I'm a Mobile Dj and needed it for my primary music setup it's performed excellently at all my gigs I've told all my friends about Back Market

This is not the first time I've ordered refurbished Apple products from BackMarket, and I'm always pleased. The product I ordered came in excellent condition as promised, and the only problems I had with it was simply due to waiting seven years to upgrade my computer, so not a problem with the MacBook Air at all!

Says fair condition and I consider this Premium condition!! No scratches or imperfections! Absolutely great company!! Never ordering Walmart refurbished again!!

Amazing performance. Brand new and arrived in the original packaging with the charging brick and cable. Absolutely no complaints thus far. Not a scuff or scratch in sight. All there was was a visible fingerprint on the touchbar which is expected. Hopefully it lasts me a while. I don’t plan a on ever buying directly from Apple again for macbooks. Great savings.

The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well at first, but the display began to flicker (to the point of being unusable) when the light in the room changed. I tried so many display changes to no avail. Again, after lots of troubleshooting on my own and with Backmarket support, I realized this Mac Book was also defective and needed to be returned. And also again, the customer support was excellent with an easy return. Of course by this point I was very frustrated and ready to purchase a Mac Book Pro elsewhere. The range of selection at Backmarket is unbeatable, however, and I ended up back here. I was determined not to buy from Loop Mobile this time. I found another Mac Book Pro, this one from iPower Resale. It was graded "fair," but it's been nothing short of excellent. After the previous two bad purchases, I was beginning to think that the days of buying good refurbished products from Backmarket was over. I'm so happy that is not the case, thank you iPower Resale! Just stay clear of the Loop Mobile seller.

Everything went very well throughout the process of acquiring my refurbished MBA! I was able to find and purchase the one with specs that worked for me, and I appreciated all the helpful follow-up communications during fulfillment and shipment. The order arrived on the expected date. Been using the watch for more than a week now. The watch did not have a box but the watch and the charging cable is in excellent condition. The packaging too was enough to protect the watch considering it does not have a box. It works pretty well and haven't encountered issues with the watch.

Everything with my MacBook Air is going AMAZING I love this laptop! I'm just sad that I can't use it at work because they don't want personal devices on their network. But I love it so much and I want to use it all the time.
