Absolutely loving my MacBook Air so far. Can’t tell at all that it was refurbished/previously owned; it looks and feels brand new. I researched for quite a long time to find the right laptop to replace my 2015 MacBook Air as a PhD student, and I’m so happy I went with this model!

Back Market does an excellent job with customer service and did a great job responding to warranty issues. I would definitely recommend them. I was impressed. Remember they are handling your transaction with a 3rd party refurbishing company. They do an excellent job at that. The only issue I had was with the refurbishment company not shipping exactly what was specified in the listing but Back Market helped and I ultimately received what I wanted. Thanks!

I've had the MacBook Air for about 2 weeks now using every day and I couldn't be happier. Arrived in the original factory packaging just like new. Cosmetics of it compared to new were comparable. Pretty good deal considering I got this Mac about $400 less than buying new from Apple. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely buy from Backmarket!

Laptop shipped very quickly! I was impressed to see that it came in the original box with the Apple charger and that the battery health was 100 percent. There were a few tiny scratches on the front and the bottom was a little scuffed up, but that’s to be expected when ordering refurbished.

First time buying off of back market! Bought the MacBook in “excellent condition” and it came in excellent condition. Like opening it straight from the box. Very happy with the purchase and I will definitely buy it again. Midnight is an odd color though it will leave like grease marks (not the vendor’s fault. Just an Apple problem)

Just as good as brand new. Battery life is great, no scratches, no scuffs, super fast shipping and even though I financed through Affirm and they charge a lot-ish, I still saved almost $500 from the new price. Definitely will purchase from Backmarket again.
