Waited couple weeks to make a review. So it came on time, and in great condition. For a MacBook that has been around for a while it looked like it was hardly been used. I bought it all the way from the Caribbean and I highly recommend.

The headphones look brand new, sound works well. Not much of noise canceling, but for the price they’re solid. I have yet to fully test the extent of the charge life, but so far it’s holding up really well.

Everything about my purchase was seemless. The MacBook met my specifications and arrived promptly and without issues. If you need a newer model of Mac and want to consider a refurbished machine, by all means use Backmarket! They have many options and their rating system seems to be spot on. It was a fun way for me to upgrade without any worry!

Wow... Back Market is now my go-to for practically anything electronic. I can't believe I never heard of it before until recently. I wish I knew this place existed beforehand. This alongside other purchases have been absurdly in great condition. I've purchased refurbished items in the past but Back Market really goes all out in quality. This item was rated excellent with respect to it's condition. However, when it showed up, it had a dent on the outer surface right next to the apple logo. I didn't expect a visible dent on the outer cover and certainly didn't expect one that was rated excellent.

Honestly I have absolutely no complaints. There was only one small chip extremely small, only noticed resting my palms near the track pad other than that. The body is perfect. The screen is perfect. Everything is working well the battery is absolutely perfect. Would definitely buy from them again and use back market again.

Shipment was quite fast. Well packaged. Tested out the headphones as soon as they came and they are exactly as promised. Connected smoothly with my phone and with the Bose app. Controls are crisp and the sound quality is solid. Good timing in getting them because my last brand new pair just died and these will make a great replacement! Thank you!

The earbuds have been great. Excellent quality for the money spent. They looked like brand new. The service from Back Market has been great. My only issue was the delivery. Fed-Ex was the carrier. I had ordered them over the weekend, so got the confirmation from Back Market that they should be delivered Weds./ Thursday latest. Well, after the pickup was made, they sat in the Fed-Ex hub for over a week before they finally got to our local facility. The day they finally were delivered (9 days after the original delivery day) the driver just tossed them at the front door and took off. Luckily, they were packed well.
