GREAT!! I was iffy at first because of some bad reviews, but it came looking new and had a good battery life of 80%. I recommend BackMarket! Its better than buying refurbished items from, lets say best buy. Trust me on this guys!

So when he popped in my head that I wanted to purchase an Apple MacBook refurbished, I looked for a few days and compared many many sites and prices when I found back market, I really love the main site & the app and they also have just as competitive prices as most of the other sites I was considering purchasing from. But overall , back market seems to be a great site fair and alot of good feedback. I have received my purchase and I'm super excited. Everything looks great. Everything runs great and I'm ecstatic. I purchased this 14'' MacBook Pro (M1 Pro, 10-core CPU, 16-core GPU, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD) and it arrived on July 9 (just 5 days after ordering). The packaging was well done. The laptop was wrapped securely with a protective material inside the box, which kept it well-cushioned and safe from any impact during transit. Straight out of the box, the MacBook looked virtually brand new. There was no visible scratches, dents or signs of wear. The aluminum body was pretty clean, with only a few faint surface smudges that can be wiped off easily. It genuinely looked like a new device. I also checked the battery condition on setup. It had only 56 charge cycles and 97% battery health, which is excellent for this refurbished unit. As for performance, it has been flawless so far. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I tried to get a refurbished MacBook at Walmart and I got 2 defective laptops. Back Market is the way to go from now on! Perfect MacBook in excellent condition, delivered fast!!!

I'm actually delighted with my new-to-me 2015 MacBook Air! I selected the good condition and apart from some extremely minor cosmetic damage it looks new. The cord that came with it showed a lot more wear and use but I don't really care about that. The MacBook runs fast and behaves like a new laptop. Battery life is very good, screen resolution is better than I expected. My only issue is when I set it up I got stuck for a bit at the registering my iCloud account part, but I just skipped past it and retroactively connected it to my account. It also doesn't allow the most recent version of chrome but that's not effected my use of it so far.

Macbook Pro came in excellent condition as stated. Correct specs as advertised when purchasing. Functions great with zero issues so far. I was a little skeptical when reading some of the bad reviews but they were limited compared to the good reviews. Will buy from here again if needed.

I’m very pleased with my MacBook! I got it and fair condition not knowing what that meant because I’ve never ordered from the back market before or even ordered a refurbished MacBook before with getting it brand new and wow I’m very pleased. It looks practically new, a few light scratches but they’re not noticeable at all. Very fast shipping also very pleased

So happy with this purchase! Bought for our daughter for Christmas but we tested everything when it arrived. Got a very affordable price for fair condition. The only flaw we could find was 3 tiny scratches on the lid that you really had to look for to find. Everything worked like speakers, keyboard, camera and stuff. It ran very fast and the battery had 81%capacity. Very pleased with everything!

I got the 13 inch MacBook Pro for my grandson, and he said it's the perfect size. It's also in excellent condition as advertised, came quickly, and was packaged very securely to prevent any damage in the the shipping process. We would definitely order from this company again in the future!

Macbook pro arrived in a timely manner. Transfered my stuff over from my mac air. All is good. If it was not a mac i would have just bought a new pc. But… i have been in the mac environ. For quite a few years and never had a problem that i did not cause.
