Very much up to expectations...it arrived timely and works perfectly. I had to update my SIM card with my wireless carrier anyway...so I decided to go with a newer phone with a larger screen. Thanks. James

Easy SIM switch, everything transferred, and phone had no issues. The phone was clean, great condition, and two weeks of teenager use with no problems. Only big difference between this and her previous Pixel is no headphone port.

Phone works great! Only thing is the battery is operating at 71% which isn’t surprising given its a refurbished iPhone 7. I appreciated that it arrived very fast and pretty much is exactly what I ourchased.

I was hesitant at first because of bad reviews in general when people bought refurbished phones but most people on your site gave positive reviews. I’m on a fixed income and buying a bad phone wouldn’t just be maddening.. it would be devastating.. But I was so pleased by my iPhone’s condition and performance!!! So far it’s working like a charm! Since my old phone was a different brand the SIM card was too big and my carrier fixed me up with a new one. No problems. It updated to the latest OS version which my Samsung couldn’t do and that really limits Apps your phone can handle. Makes me a happy camper to no longer struggle with storage space issues!

Arrived quickly. Came as described. Photos are awesome with these phones. Easy setup on the google phones. I will be buying 3 more again soon may upgrade to Pixel 4.

The iPhone 7 is too small for me to read, so I am returning it. The phone is in excellent condition. However, for my personal needs, I have ordered the iPhone 6 Plus with 128 GB. Should have thought about that at first. I recommend Back Market for anyone seeking to change phones. Love the quick delivery and tracking.
