4.8/5The headphones are great! They really are a “like-new” product. Everything works, they’re comfortable, and are honestly one of the best pairs of headphones I’ve ever had. The only thing is I wish I knew it just was the headphones. I didn’t get the aux wire, or the plane adapter, or the carrying case. 3.8/5I was looking for new earbuds and from many different youtube videos i found back market. For only $100 i found these WF-1000XM4 earbuds in good condition, and they are pretty great, however i noticed that my right earbud seems to have the tip of it "pinched" by either someones hand, or more likely a tool. Although this doesn't affect looks, the right earbuds noise cancelling does not seem to be as good as the left earbud. Overall though, the earbuds are great, and shipping was fast. 2.6/5Right earbud won't hold a charge will say 80+% then within 3 minutes low battery and is dead. Haven't been able to even get the right earbud to charge to 100% had on charger all day. Randomly drops Bluetooth probably because of the right ear bud being the main one.
