    I'm very happy with my BackMarket experience. This is my second BackMarket purchase. These particular buds arrived in "like new" condition. I can't find a flaw anywhere on them. They really do appear brand new. The buds also came with a full set of foam ear tips, although I don't know that's always the case. I've been using these Sony's almost non-stop for two days now. I'm not only please with my BackMarket experience, but I'm also extremely happy with this product from Sony. Fantastic all around. Thanks guys!!

    I ordered excellent condition but camera lense frame/casings are scratched and the charge port is a bit roughed up so when I plug in it’s very loose so I will have to charge wirelessly otherwise it seems to work fine so far.

    The headphones are great! They really are a “like-new” product. Everything works, they’re comfortable, and are honestly one of the best pairs of headphones I’ve ever had. The only thing is I wish I knew it just was the headphones. I didn’t get the aux wire, or the plane adapter, or the carrying case. It makes sense since they are refurbished but I wish I got some of the og stuff.

    It was in good working condition, but the parts were not sanitized at all. Although I can understand that it's a used product, they can do a better job by sanitizing the product, at least we will have satisfaction in buying a high-quality product.

    It was good but the earbud itself, the supposedly memory foam. It’s messed up? Like I can see where’s it’s trying to use NC & AAC; not to its fullest extent cause of the smalI foam was wanting to know is there a way I can just get the extra small bud pieces? I’d really appreciate it, other than that it’s good. Hands down.
