Arrived 3 days early and in perfect condition. I’m really glad it was reset so that I could easily set up my Apple ID which was one of my concerns with buying used, since I have paid apps I wanted to transfer over (art and animation apps). There’s no obvious issues with it, it has no cracks or anything, and it works like a dream. It also came charged and ready to use, along with a lightning cable which I appreciate.

Got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift, she’s gonna be so happy. It was estimated to arrive after Christmas and it arrived to me in 2 days after I ordered, I’m so impressed! No scratches, no dings, no nothing. Thank you!

I love everything about the MacBook.. I was a bit skeptical to purchase at first because I didn’t know too much about the app.. but after research, I pulled the trigger and have no regrets. I will be purchasing all of my electronics from backmarket from now on. great purchase, great app, great business.

I’m loving it so far. It arrived early, was nicely packaged. Came with an Apple charger. It was very easy to connect to my Wi-Fi and my printer, IPhone. I love the speed, the computer had a small scratch but not very noticeable. Overall I am so happy I ordered a second as a graduation gift for our son. I have been telling everyone I know who love apple products where they can purchase for a hell of a lot less. This computer looks brand new. This is my first MacBook but won’t be my last. Thank you Back Market for making this possible…

This is my second laptop purchase from Back Market. My first MacBook Pro lasted me six years - and could have lasted longer had I been able to continue updating my OS (obviously a Mac problem, not a BM problem). I love my new laptop. It looks great and functions smoothly so far (I've had it for a few weeks). One concern that's hopefully nothing is that the laptop can get hot to touch. I know that the best way to make your tech last is to prevent it from overheating. It's difficult to tell if this is just how this laptop was made with the i9 processor or if the heat has to do with its refurbishing. It's something I'm keeping my eye on. Other than that, I'm super happy with my purchase.

I love the sleekness and high tech design. The MacBook Pro has stepped its game up especially adding the touch screen tool bar. So cool! One issue I have is the battery life does not last. It says 18-24 hour battery life and I find my self charging it after 2-3 hours of use. Overall obsessed!

This MacBook Air is a great accompaniment to my Apple ecosystem. I needed the capability of a laptop to go with my Mac mini M1. This allows me to create presentations and workshops, and then be able to use my MacBook Air for presentations. Much cheaper than buying a new MacBook Air the condition of this much better than fair. This was a more efficient alternative to purchasing through eBay the one you guarantee seal the deal.

Arrived in excellent condition I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The battery life alongside other quality of life upgrades compared to my series 5 have been amazing. Would definitely recommend purchasing on here for the lower price while maintaining great quality.

Absolutely happy with my laptop, I bought a MacBook Air 2017 , fair condition and came looking like it was new, with just one minor scratch that’s hardly visible at the back. And I made another order as well after this one .
